Breakfast Menu "Dunkin'" Blue Ash

The employees are wonderful! It's sad because they always seem overworked and probably don't get paid a lot. And I can definitely tell they don't receive a lot of tips for their hard work. Tbh, a lot of customers are very rude to them. I hope management fixes things so the employees seem more happy. They all seem like nice, hard-working Americans just trying to make it. Also, one of the guys there is autistic and I've seen some of the customers have been rude to him, and that's unacceptable. Even in one of these reviews, someone mentioned someone acted like they were on drugs, and I'm pretty sure it's him. Smh.

Menu upfront shows very very limited items actually listed on the menu. Only special drink I saw on the menu was some goofy ice spice drink. Which I will not purchase an industry plants drink. Menu needs to list more items. People without a phone to lookup full menu will be completely lost

If you order anything other than Donuts or Coffee then it's over. Their breakfast sandwiches will either taste like cleaner or dog water, and sometimes be missing an entire bun. That complaint is exclusive to this location. Their strawberry dragon fruit refresher tastes like medicine, which I assume is a universal thing. Just stick to donuts and coffee from here and you'll be fine. Order anything else and suffer the consequences. Staff were nice. Atmosphere is fine; It's a gas station Dunkin, you shouldn't be looking for fine dining here or anything.

The lady that took my order in drive thru today was so rude! Even my 10 year old said she’s mean mom! I came and got drinks for the 5 of us, me, my husband and 3 kids and the girl working told me , “ummm this is a big order, next time do an online order instead of drive thru!” You could tell she was angry, it was very uncomfortable and no I won’t order online bc it’s always messed up when I do! And to me, you Should never tell me how I need to freaking order my food! I feel like going back and ordering $200 worth through the drive thru! My order was 40$!!!!! That is NOT a huge order! Come on now! If you hate your job so bad then leave and get a new one! Don’t treat my kids and my family horrible because you hate your job. We will never go back to this location. She was horrible! That man the cashed us out was kind though, but then she handed my drinks out to me and was like here here here rushing me to grab them! She needs to be fired. I wouldn’t want my customers treated like that!

Using the Dunkin' App to order ahead are fully utilized here. I usually order on the app then pick up through the drive-through. Order has always been correct and ready on time and the crew here are always kind and friendly. Great experience to start or wind down any day.

Good product and decent service. Never quite excellent but so far, never a negative experience either. Facility cleanliness is always just so-so which may have more to do with the attached gas station than it does them, but either way they share the space and its often messy.

If you're not going to speak to me as a customer, I'm going to assume you're good at your job. Sadly not. Overcharged and shorted donuts. The Irish creme coffee was odd, but the donuts were able to get that taste right out of my throat.

Always good service from this location, always make my drink correct everytime. today i didn’t have to wait in a line at all they were so quick & friendly this morning!
