Breakfast Menu "Dunkin'" Bethel

I’m not sure what has gone wrong here but this place went from one of my go to Dunkin’ locations to an absolute disaster. Almost every single time in the past couple of months my order (a simple iced latte with oat milk and usually an egg and cheese with extra cheese) gets messed up. I have seen the manager berating staff and just a very unprofessional and miserable bunch working. Service used to be good and very friendly. I had been coming here since they opened so I didn’t just want to give up on the place but I’ve finally had it. I feel very bad writing a poor review but at this point something needs to change here or they won’t be there much longer.

If I could give this place a zero star rating I would. The service my son and I received was terrible. I asked for an iced pumpkin coffee with almond milk. The woman calls out ice nutty pumpkin with cream. When I didn’t take it from her she asked if that’s what I ordered. I told her no, it’s not. Then repeated what I told the girl I ordered from. The girl who took my order then told me the nutty pumpkin is what I ordered , rolled her eyes and told her coworker I was crazy. Excuse me, what? That girl’s attitude was so terrible I’ll go out of my way to never go there again.

Can't order in the drive thru, said not taking orders. So if webpage states open till 9pm and you're not taking orders at 6pm, close the doors, shut the lights off and leave. Can even hear the kids where you order, sounds like they have something in their mouth and whispering. Might as well shut location down and put another Starbucks up.

New staff has no idea what they are doing. The new girl at the drive through doesn't even know what store she works at. Asked for a simple item: a donut, and she gave me the wrong one, 3 times. Unfortunate you can't refund mobile orders because they mess it up everytime without fail. At least they're consistent in bad service.

We love DD, especially our puppy, who recognizes the location as one of his favorite spots due to the Pup Cup (lots of excitement and howling upon approaching the location) The staff there have always been awesome, and so far, they have never messed up our orders! If only they would carry the tomatoes for the avocado toast like other locations do...

The young Lady with the glassess and Curly hair in a bun needs to change her attitude! If i came in to change the error that was made why comment Whats wrong now! GET IT RIGHT THE 1ST AND 2ND TIME WHY DO I HAVE TO COME BACK?!

This used to be my go to Dunkin. Recently it seems that they got a new team and service in the morning is very very very slow.

This is one of the best dunkins I've ever been to. Their donuts for whatever reason are always delicious and amazing. The staff is always friendly and greets you when you walk in. Enjoy!
