First time to this Dunkin and now this is my favorite local Dunkin!!! Every local Dunks should use this store for a model to copy. They actually have FRESH coffee and donuts!!! In a clean environment with friendly staff.

This place, the staff is very unfriendly most of them don't smile. They look at you like you're the problem when all you're there to is to spend your money . But all you get from them is anger, don't understand it. Even when you say please and thank you. They just don't seem like they wanna be there,

The drive-through is probably the longest one we've ever sat through for a black hot coffee and an Iced coffee. I'm assuming the kids working are new, so hopefully that will work it self out. Quality was fine once the order was made right after 3 times, and usually, I'll just take the wrong coffee, but it's pretty hard to mess up a black coffee!!

No line at 6pm. Adequate dunkin experience.

This has to be THE SLOWEST Dunkin I have ever been to! Food is par for the course, but the lack of motivation for these people to move faster than a snail is ridiculous

Didn’t give three hashbrowns that they charged me for and wouldn’t give a refund or credit. Instead they wanted to take my name down and make me call in advance before my next visit. Clearly they have this policy to make it less likely they’ll have to make up for their mistakes. Check your receipts people!
