Breakfast Menu "Dunkin'" Beacon Falls

I was just lectured by Kailynn that I could not order my drink how I always order it because the "company" does not want people adding espresso to their drinks because there is already "too much" caffine in the green tea matcha. This from the same company that sells turbo ice / extra charged coffee (358mg in a medium) and the new Rockstar drinks (1 can is 160mg ). I was told I could order it separately and add it myself, creating more trash. Let's not try to save the environment or anything. The few previous times I have ordered food, the bacon was burnt and cold when I requested it warmed. When I recieved the matcha is had so much ice I could not stick my straw in and I order my drinks with less ice due to the mold and mildew in the machines.

Came back to my new coffee oasis on N. Main St. Beacon Falls just off the Beacon Falls exit of route 8. This in my estimation is one of the BEST Dunkin Donuts in New England. Im from VT. Extraordinarily clean and bright inside with a much larger selection of fresh, oversized , delectable donuts, muffins and other mouth watering treats then most other DD. Coffee ☕ is superb and never stale. Wait staff are alert, friendly and ready to wait on you. The owners are cordial and ready to make your experience there your " morning Coffee stop"! Try it you'll LIKE IT!!!! Try their other store in Seymore CT too!

I came in today placed my order with the store manager I got my food and left I was disappointed with some of the food quality and temperature I phoned the manager she was a very kind, calm, and well collected person. She addressed my concerns with action, making it convenient and helpful for me to get a good experience next time issuing a free meal equal to the value on my last order. That's proper store management, this is someone I'd like to think as an asset to this buisness good work Gladys 👏. She had an impact on my consumerism for the future thanks for drawing me in and treating me like family- she yearned for that experience of complete customer satisfaction experience.

My order is wrong every single time. We use this one because it's near my daughters school. I asked for a very tiny amount of ice, we got what the picture shows. I told her this is supposed to be light ice and she laughed. Last week I went in and asked for no ice. She filled the cups with cream and ice to the top! I said no, I said no ice. She said oh ya and dumped the entire cup back in the ice machine, cream and all. Sorry to anyone with a dairy allergy! So unprofessional. I asked for a chocolate glazed donut with sprinkles and got a pink sprinkled donut. I know its not important to them but this what I spend my money on as a treat for myself and my kids. I shouldn't be paying for a large coffee when it's in fact a small...if that!

Slowest Dunkin around. Every time I go here the drive thru is backed up and slow. Even when it’s not and there’s only 1 or 2 cars, it still takes forever. Quicker to drive to the Oxford one and come back then wait in the line.

Stopped In This Newly Renovated Dunkin’; Very Clean, Large Variety of Fresh Donuts; & the Staff Were Very Polite, Friendly, and Quick at Completing Our Order. Unfortunately for Us, “Just Passing Through” Since We’re Visiting from Out-of-State; We Would Love to Come Back to This Dunkin’ In the Quaint Town of Beacon Falls, CT. Thank You!

I love this Dunkin. The servers are always personable and friendly, and my order has always been correct!

I ordered a large iced coffee with no ice. This was what was served at the window (see pic). I asked the server to fill it up, she said she wasn't allowed to, if there's no ice that's what is served. I spoke to the manager and she said the same thing. I insisted and she called "her bosses", then came back 5 minutes later, while the line behind me was growing. She said they would allow it just this once. I paid, then left. So, here's the question: Is DD in such dire financial straits that you guys have to stoop to this level to squeeze an extra few pennies out of your customers?
