Breakfast Menu "Dunkin'" Bangor

The drive thru can be a super backed up in the morning. I recommend ordering online then go into the shop to pick it up. The folks working there have never been rude to me, but that is just me. They're busy for sure. I cut them some slack if they're not all smiles. My only gripe is the sandwiches need to be toasted longer, but that's been an issue at every Dunkin' in Bangor.

Got a hair in my friends sammich, and my coffee and got no butter pecan init, we went through 3 times and lady got mad, we had to feed all da homies doe.

On this day in particular I went into a lot of different shops and they were all busy like I had never seen before. The wait was a little longer here as well...understandably on this day. The staff were extremely professional and ever kinder. They addressed us swiftly and let us know they were missing a person that day and apologized. This was a rare experience in which I oddly enjoyed waiting as they went above and beyond with their customer service. This is a fantastic Dunkin location!

So I'm an OTR driver. I paid for food for my daughter at this establishment and before I could get the order in she got thrown. She got the cops called and then told that she had to leave immediately and then had to leave the premises. I've done this in numerous establishments in Bangor and this seems to be the only one that time and time. Again this is the same thing not to mention their prejudice against my daughter and not to mention the manager of the facility told me that I have to call her personally and tell her that I'm placing an order before my daughter can show up there and she's never done anything wrong there. So please can someone explain why thats right

My 13 year old daughter wanted to treat my wife and I out to a large ice caramel craze latte with her own money and they sent her out with 3 large cold foam cold brew caramel swirls instead. When she went back and asked them to correct it, they gave her 3 cups of something different but they sent the cups out with no label that time and they still weren't latte... no cream on the top and not even the right domed lids. 2x in a row they took what was supposed to be a sweet occasion and ruined it and left her out over $15 and very disappointed. 1st cup is what she ordered the day before from another location. Second cup is the first incorrect order and last cup is the second in correct order with No Label and they didn't give her a receipt either time.

Stopped in today and got a coffee and bagel. Ordered extra toasted, which it said on my receipt. I was at the window after paying for 6+ mins just waiting for the bagel. To speed up there drive through “time” per customer, I got a completely raw bagel that didn’t see a toaster for even a few seconds, with a big chunk of cream cheese stuck to one raw bagel. Obv won’t go back, and got nothing but rude employees. I asked for the manager and they said there wasn’t one there.

Worst place on the planet , and never use the mobil app , got jipped on a Gatorade , jipped on a coffee , and one time got my freshly cleaned car peppered with rocks and debree as they cleaned the parking lot. Have many emails to dunkin with no response. Tim Hortons is way better service , please I beg you give Tim Hortons a chance before you shut them down , WAYY BETTER THEN DUNKIN !!!

The place always looks dirty. The donuts taste like they were made a week ago. The coffee is way over priced. Homeless people usually linger outside the door.
