Breakfast Menu "Dunkin'" Auburn Hills

When I was working at FCA this place was all right. Half the time they wouldn't have any food though, so if you placed a mobile order, you'd have to walk by to check and make sure they had food before putting in your order; kind of defeats the purpose. Also, they're supposed to open at 7 but they were never ready for the line at 7.

Ordered my food on the go at 7:20, went down to pick up at 7:25 expecting a minute or 2 wait, and watched dozens of coffee orders get served before they even started making my food. Didnt get my order until 7:50. Usually, the first instance is the case but the slowdown happens once or twice every other week. Also have about a 25% chance of getting your order wrong at any given time.

Having Dunkin' just down the hall is very convenient. Their team is there early setting up so that they are always ready when people start lining up at 7:30am. Would be nice if they were ready at 6:30am.

Fast, friendly service. Good coffee... and donuts, of course.

Horrible. Never do the On-The-Go. The odds of getting your order are 50/50, at best. Long lines and even longer wait times. Just go to the cafeteria to increase the odds in your favor. Eurest needs to go 5/4/19 update: Waited 3 hours for a breakfast sandwich. Never got It and they threw away the ticket. Called corporate customer service. Nothing. I emailed customer service. Nothing

Indifferent, almost rude service. Opened 7 minutes late. At least the coffee is hot, eh?

Very slow. Rude. The young lady that makes the sandwiches sits on her phone when there’s 15 people waiting for their orders. Took 25 minutes to get a coffee and sandwich today. I will never go back.

Very Bad. Every time wrong order comes in. Order makers are rude. Ordered 3 sandwiches and only 1 in bag. Upon asking she said you didn't order it while i paid over 5 dollars.
