This place is trash. Waited 10 minutes in line and watched 5 employees just talking to each other. They never took my order. I asked them to take my order and they said “oh sorry we’re busy.” Worst dunkin doughnuts I’ve ever been to. With rude snotty workers. I have no idea what the manager was doing but there seemed to be no one in charge. A bunch of kids standing around doing nothing. I WOULD BE EMBARRASED IF THIS WAS MY COMPANY!
5 to 7 cars in line for over 10 minutes, so I walked inside to find only 2 employees and nothing in stock for cold drinks. Blame the headquarters not the overworked staff.
Nice rest stop driving back to NYC from Cape Cod. Staff cordial,DD Latte delicious , restroom clean, ample parking .
This must be the slowest Dunkin in the area. Waited 30 minutes for an order which I mobile ordered. Worth driving to other locations.

Worst Dunkin in RI that’s for sure. 10 min drive thru waits or longer. Staff takes no pride in their work and the baked goods are even horrible here. You can tell when no One cares just like a restaurant this place has given up and should just shut down it’s a joke of a Dunkin. I live in min from it but drive to Stonington instead because atleast they get the order right and do a good job even though they take just as long to make it. Everything involving customer service or good service has declined rapidly the past few years. This is now distopia
It was never good since it opened the taste is sub par comparatively to most others. Also takes well over 5-10 min just for a coffee if there is more than two cars. Before Covid fast food used to be fast. Seems like Covid replaced all fast food employees with ones that don’t care but are hired because no one else wants to work still. This country is so messed up since Covid. Will anything ever resume some type of normalcy. I’ve waited many times before reviewing. This is a consistent here.
