I ordered a hot latte. Unfortunately it came cold. The young lad who served me made me a hot one. However it was awful more milk than coffee. I had to throw it out. More training needed here. It did look clean, and the A/C was great.

I ordered a regular coffee with an espresso shot, buddy straight up ignored me and didnt add the espresso and made me wait like 20 minutes for the absolute worst tasting coffee in my life. Not to mention the cup they gave me was stained with coffee and dripping all over the place. Like bro just pour it into a fresh cup not that difficult. Anyways if you are in the area just go to the cumberland farms down the street for coffee instead they're way better

Waited for 20 mins. This is how my tacos were served to me… there is nothing in there 😭 and they forgot had our order

I went to get coffee young man Alex was working by himself. Working in retail I know customer service. This young man went above and beyond.he kept up with drive thru orders while keeping the customers happy. This young man did an amazing job if you can give this young man an award , pay raise, something that shows he is appreciated. Amazing young man.

So many times I've been fooled into thinking I can get a quick anything from this Dunks. Doesn't matter if the drive thru line is empty or out to the street -you're waiting minimum 20 minutes. Those poor people that think they can park and order inside have probably died waiting to get out of their parking spot. It may actually be quicker to drive to the one in Orange and order there

I love Dunkin but this location consistently and almost purposefully sucks. The kids are rude and unprofessional through the speaker, there is always a wait regardless of a line or lack thereof and the coffee is never right/lacks standard ingredient amounts (i.e. FIVE flavor shots in a medium coffee). I have wasted so much money on espresso shots that are never added, it’s so milky that you can’t even taste the coffee. On top they can’t hear you in the speaker and therefore they guess + they don’t even know what’s in their menu. Go to another location!

Seriously understaffed. Long line at the drive thru so I walked in, but drivers appear to get preference over walk-ins. 5 minutes standing at the counter. My order was waiting by the drive in and I had to remind them about 10 minutes that I was still waiting. No apology.

This is the worst dunkin I have ever been to. I have been pre-ordering specialty drinks on the dunkin app for the past week and picking them at this store. Today I just happened to get to the store before I could place my order on the app. When I tried to order one of the drinks that I had been ordering for the past week, the staff told me they don’t have those flavors and they wouldn’t drop until mid-July even though I’ve been ordering them all week. Clearly a straight up lie. I realize most of the people working here are very young and are not getting paid enough to care that much. But when I said thanks anyway, I’ll come back, the person talking through the speaker said “byyyyyeeee” in an incredibly rude and disrespectful way. I guess that’s what you get for only hiring teenagers, especially entitled ones from Amherst.
