This Dunkin Donuts in Ambler, PA had one worker and tons of people waiting. But the guy was doing his best and moving fast as he could. It made you want to go back there and help him. Please pay more and hire some more people. The food was fine. The atmosphere is...... It's a gas station .
Very nice quickest service around ! It is also attached to a food mart and shell gas station so it is very convenient all the way around...
Beware to dark roast drinkers - don't go after 5pm. Staff at night is different and doesn't know their coffee options very well. I was told one time that they don't have dark roast coffee (midnight; not that it was not made but they do not serve at all) and just tonight I was told that midnight coffee is regular coffee with a shot of espresso (so my free coffee was now more b/c of espresso shot). I only drink dark roast so very familiar with what it should be and get it in the mornings with no issue. Just a reminder not to go at night to myself.
I pay for extra cream cheese. I have to wxplain myself over and over and explain I don't mind paying tio get extra. Why do I never get what I ask for and what I pay for. It can't possibly be that hard
I go here everyday. The people are very nice and the service is good. There packed monday-friday between 7:30-9am and there are only three people that run the coffee shop. So be patient
This is the second time I’ve stopped by here during 7-8am and the service is vey lacking. The cashier lady is rude, and is very short with the customers and though they sell their reusable cups they don’t want to use them. I got, ‘I make them in my and you can dump it in yours’ . Thanks lady, I wanted to reduce plastic waste not make more! Doubt I’ll go to this one again.
Bagel on breakfast sandwich is tougher than elephant hide. And the woman behind the counter really did not want me there. Hmmm, so many good D&D's but not this one.
The slowest dunkin u will ever go too, very nice staff but they will take ur order and then make your drink themselves instead of having one person do each thing. Ridiculous
