Came in to get a drink at 7:30pm the guy told me I couldn’t get it because they were about to close and the machine was already turned off but the sign says they close at 9 how do you turn off a machine 1 hour and a half before closing

Bathroom out of service. That never happened to me on a dunking but always is a first time for everything. I own my personal own box truck if you need my service I'll leave here my email [email protected]

The best Dunkin around! I go out of my way every morning to come to this Dunkin specifically because the service and food is unparalleled!

This is my favorite Dunkin donuts to go to personally I usually get decaf and every single Dunkin donuts when I asked they say they don't have any brewed this location brew's a fresh pot every single time even if it seems I'm the only one drinking it.. and even though the bathrooms say out-of-order if you have to go they will let you. Very nice because I'm always on the road and it's hard to find a bathroom nowadays that is accessible to customers due to covid

Great location and for students who live in Allston. Employees are generally nice, and it has plenty of seating (at least during the summer when I go there.)

The management pays a tow truck to sit in the lot and watch which customers go in and don’t go in. I go to this location several times a week and they managed to tow my car in the 3 minutes that I went to the CVS next door. The dunking lot was empty. $143 for a 1 mile tow and 5 minutes in the lot. Be careful where you park, these people have an aggressive arrangement with the tow company.

This location is the worst I’ve ever gone to. If it wasn’t so convenient to my apartment I would never step foot in there again. My mobile orders are consistently incomplete when I arrive even though I give ample time between when I order & when I pick it up. If you’re not ordering a sandwich then good luck getting your food, any and all bakery items will not be with your order when you go to pick up. The employees ignore you & only speak Spanish to each other right in front of you, then act annoyed when you have to repeat your order because they were too busy talking to each other. This location needs to hire people who actually care about their jobs and the customers.

Just moved in down the road so this is a new frequent spot. We have had spotty service each time we have gone. Employees are generally nice, but don’t seem to handle the rush well. They messed up our order which considered of two coffees, a muffin, and a doughnut not once, but twice. I would still go back for the convenient location, but I don’t have high hopes for the quality of service.
