Absolutely no stars for this place! Lucky they are getting 1! Order our food at 9:00 am & waited over an hour ! Owner isn't very friendly as she makes the comment "This isn't Mcdonalds"! Quesadillas could be better & filled with more than a few pieces of sausage - had more quesdilla than egg, meat & cheese! The food & Cheese look like it sat there for an hour before being delivered! I understand you get busy, and have other orders, but this was unacceptable. Me & my coworkers will NEVER order from here again! #McdonaldsIsBetterAnyways!!!!!!
Mass confusion while being the only customer there. Most of the time they don't have donuts made. Usually can't remember my order even if I speak slowly. I've given them more than enough chances, not eating here again.
They try to do way too much. When it first opened they had breakfast sandwiches, some simple lunch items (like soup, grilled paninis, and chicken salad on a croissant, and of course coffee and donuts. it was nice and open, food was great, service was a little slow, but there is a lot of collage students that work there, and go through staff because of this. Now, they have the place wayyyy too cluttered with things they try to sell, its hard to even see how the place is decorated and designed. the staff is unorganized, they eat and text at the front counter, and they don't have organization or memory. half the time they're under-trained, and it takes way too long to get your food, or they forget something... forget it if they're busy, you will wait 25 mins. Now they sell ice cream and even try to provide more lunch items, like hamburgers, fish sandwiches, chicken parm, and pasta. they have the menus scattered everywhere that its hard to see everything and know what all they serve.... half of the time they're out of spaghetti sauce, or something so you cant even get what you want. it needs condensed, organized, and better staffed. but the food is good, and they're nice.
I ordered the Pretzel Roll Chicken Salad and it was fabulous. Great prices, clean and welcoming atmosphere. I like that they have become a Bistro. I would highly recommend this establishment.
They were out of 5/6 of the things we ordered. We literally just ended up ordering 3 donuts, and ended up waiting over an hour. We will never be back.
love this place! not only do they have donuts and breakfast sandwitches, they have a varity of ice cream for those hot summer days.
