Breakfast Menu "Domino's Pizza" Slippery Rock

Wonder customer service, very attentive. I had a pickup order and when I got home I realized an item had onions and peppers when we requested them to be omitted. I called to let them know of the error and they were kind enough to remake the item and delivered it. They even included a complimentary dessert.

I order from the Slippery Rock dominos weekly. Can’t say I’ve ever had a complaint here! But today, I did. I ordered the wrong size soft drink, so I asked if I would be able to pay the difference of the small bottle to the litter bottle. The cashier seemed genuinely confused. He kept saying “well uhm, i don’t know”. He asked who appeared the be the manager on shift. She ignored the cashier and when she walked over she said “well i don’t know”. For two minutes it was back and fourth of i don’t know. I’m not really sure what was going on here today but this was not the typical dominos exp i have here ):

Edit 3/17/23 (again). I wrote this review this morning and am now editing to reply to the "owner". Since you assume because my name is not in your system, that this must be for a different location, let me assure you this is intended for the SLIPPERY ROCK Domino's. You do not have my name because we drove up, walked in, ordered the food and waited for it and took it to go. It was my husband that ordered. I stand by my words. 3/17/23. This was definitely not a good experience coming here. We used to get pizza all the time here, years ago and after one bad experience, we decided to quit. After probably 5 years of eating pizza elsewhere, we decided to give this establishment another chance. Unfortunately, the customer service was pretty awful, but we took the pizza home and figured if it was good, we would overlook the service, since everyone has an off day now and then. We were very disappointed in the pizzas. They were overcooked, very salty and the cheese was very heavy and thick as though it had something else mixed in with it? Sadly, we will not be coming back.

Convenient location in the heart of Slippery Rock. Fast service and delicious pizza. The Domino’s app is the best ordering experience I have ever had ordering pizza! The store owner Rob is nice and very supportive of the local community.

This place has really gone downhill. My wife ordered cheesy bread with marinara sauce and they didn't give her the sauce we paid for. Their pizza is subpar at best, as it is dry and has very little flavor.

Employees are kind, service is fast, food is good. Don't have anything but good things to say about this place. I order from here regularly and am always happy with the experience.

Just had the Domino’s e-bike driver ride past my house and threaten to come to back my house to “give me what’s mine” slurring his words. Will be reaching out to Bryan Markovitz

Their food is decent. The ordering experience is what sets them apart.
