Breakfast Menu "Domino's Pizza" Sauk Rapids

If I could give a negative 10 I would. Over 2 hours to get our order. Tracker said pizza was done but it still took an hour to get it. Yup...not hot, could tell how long it sat. When we called...we sat on hold for over 45min and still had not talked to anyone... sad. You are 2 for 2 this week for a mess up. At least Monday the food was fresh and hot. It was great. Too bad you forgot part of our order. Today... cold and nasty. Not sure how I am feeling about ordering from you again.

I find this location to very very slow. The quotes are never accurate. Typically end up waiting 20-30 min after the expected time it was supposed to be done. Everything tastes good, but this location has poor timeliness. 40 min after my order was placed they had just put it in the oven.

We ordered $70 worth of food with a 20% tip and 2 hours later we called to see where the order was at and they said they couldn’t make it and hung up the phone. Called back and the manager Ashley hangs up on me saying “I don’t have time for this”. DONT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION THEY ARE HORRIBLE AND YOU WONT GET YOUR FOOD!! The worst service I’ve ever had in my life!! Extremely rude people who are terrible at their job! Calling corporate tomorrow morning and telling them of this situation and how their manager “Ashley” should be fired!!

The franchise owners in St. Cloud need to be retrained by corporate. I have been a customer since 1986 and I am a foodie reviewer of pizza restaurants in the United States and Europe. I have ordered pizza multiple times from the Domino's restaurants in St. Cloud and it is always substandard. They need new ownership due to being poorly staffed and the food is inedible compared to what should be Domino's standards. They are taking advantage of our youth and college students who don't know that Domino's is actually capable of great pizza. Shame on you!!!

I love Dominos food. But this location has gotten really bad. They will tell you 20-30 minutes on app, however this location will take much longer usually. I've waited over an hour before telling them to just cancel the order. My last order here was a cheese pizza. I picked it up, got home, and I received a Pizza with sausage and mushrooms on it. I called and told the employee they gave me the wrong pizza. I was then accused of lying to them. The employee told me "Well, you're the only (name) we served today so that not possible." And "What are you asking us to do? Give you free food?" I offered to bring the pizza back and he said "Who's to say you didn't get the pizza at another Dominos and are just exchanging it here?" I said "I am not dealing with this over a $7 pizza." After that the employee hung up.

Terrible customer service. Ashley the manager refuses to come to phone to fix their mess ups. Employees are rude and hang up on you! Save the headache and order somewhere that actually wants your business! Time to hire a new manager & staff dominos!

Terrible service ordered ahead of time went there to pick it up and they said they forgot to make our pizza. Then they said it would be 15 minutes 45 minutes later as we sat there waiting. They said they accidentally gave our pizza to somebody else they shut their drive-thru window and said they didn't like my attitude and told me to go somewhere else extremely poor service. It's so bad I would not even give them a one star if any. They deserve no stars because of service. Is that terrible

Ordered Delivery for around $50 with a $10 tip. Delivery took 65 minutes. When it eventually arrived, one of my pizzas arrived with a slice missing. When I called to see if they would send another, I was told that they are too busy. I was offered the amount of the pizza in store credit by the general manager, Ashley, however I insisted that I be refunded for the pizza. I was rudely denied a refund and then Ashley proceeded to hang up on me. I called back, to which she answered again and proceeded to hang up once she heard it was me. I then drove to the store and only when I demanded a refund in person, would she then give me the refund. It's not even like the food is good, I was starving and didn't want to cook. Then it turned into a night of having to deal with a terrible manager at an even worse pizza place. 0/10 STAY AWAY - ESPECIALLY THIS LOCATION
