The Brooklyn style pizza was over cooked. It was supposed to be foldable but it was to hard to fold. The thin crust should have a shorter cooking time than the traditional. So I paid $26 for burnt toast
Late nite they don’t like to answer the phone. Go online and it’s say not to busy. And they have shut down online ordering and pick up. I am calling at 10 and been calling for 20 min and still no answer!!
Ordered from phone it was quite a wait until notified pizzas and pasta dish were ready
I have always been happy with Dominoes. Service and quality is excellent.. When I have large groups everyone is happy with the variety of pizza.
Having an issue with the store charging me more than menu price oh, it has happened the last three times I've ordered food with them it's always one or two dollars more than menu price.Inside store employees are very rude! I'm calling corporate this time. Update! 9/4/21 I've had this same issue 3 more times! It's quite aggravating to not be sure the prices are correct that you see on the menu or screen. And when I complain about it the people in upper management at like it's no big deal. Well it is an extremely big deal to me. It's deceptive.
Good price and nice people for pick up. The parking lot is small and hard to get in and out of.
Had a few mishaps here. Orders wrong. Called and got a refund. Last time pizza crust wasn't done. Didn't call. Had ordered enough for leftovers but threw it all away. Probably done with Dominos for a while.
I usually use the forest city location due to where i live. But Ordered my wife a pizza to be delivered to her work in Rutherfordton for lunch. Website said 25-30 min till delivery, it Was an hour and a half before they even left the store. I tried to call to cancel the order and get a refund but nobody would answer the phone. Won’t use this location anymore
