I went Sunday night and no one was there eating inside. The meat cutter (Rude Mexican Man) had a bad attitude. Did not say hi just said what do you want. I said excise me. I told him to chop me up some BBQ plates four plates and seemed mad about doing that. Soon as he got finished with the plates I said no thanks you need to get another job and get the Hell out of here. Because you and running people off. I hope the owners see this and fire him and find someone that needs a job and is nice to people. I will not return to the place every again. It's a shame.

Very disappointed. My husband and I frequent this location every Thursday order pretty much the same thing. 1/2pound of rib, slice brisket slider and a order of fries. This time I noticed the price was more than normal. I went in to the front counter and asked why was my ribs so much, the employee stated we ordered a half rack of ribs. I advised that I didn't even see that option on the menu. At that point I realized she was not willing to help so I left to enjoy my meal. We made it home and I was very disappointed. We had 2 more(small burned) ribs than what we have on the 1/2 pound. The brisket slider was not brisket it was pulled pork. I will be including pictures as well. Also look at the amount of fries, this was an actual side that we paid for not one included with a meal.

I visited inside the restaurant today to pick up a door dash order and while I was waiting, the new GM asked me to try a new addition to their menu - the Texas Twinkie. First, I was surprised they’d offer me anything since I wasn’t a paying customer but also - free food! The creation is what most of us know as a jalapeño popper but this one is different. In addition to being a jalapeño wrapped with bacon and stuffed with cream cheese, it also has yummy brisket inside. What makes it even more special is that it wasn’t spicy! This is important for people with sensitivity to spicy foods. When I commented on it being delicious and not spicy, the GM said he washes the jalapeños in warm water. This helps extract the spice. To me, a hand washed dish shows they care about their customers. 10/10 would recommend!

Do not eat here! I use to go here a lot but today is the final straw .. usually the food is ok sometimes the meat it waay to fatty when I order lean and potatoes overdone or day old. Today I got the baker with beef lean .. the Potato was actually rotten like all black inside .. not burned smelled and rotten all the way through.. Now it was cut open so they knew and served it up anyway.. I took it back they laughed and the next potatoes was just stringy like old .. oh here’s a fresh one lol they put in some choc pie which I had to throw away and didn’t want .. can’t eat sugar. But no apology no fresh plate nothing just a stringy potato same bag.. maybe it’s just this location , probably 6 people No customers and it was 7:15 on Saturday 6/3 soo no excuses .. Take your business somewhere else.. old food is wasted money.. Negative zero stars but the site won’t allow zero .. Health Hazard since they have no standards .. the very least give me my money back but that’s ok they wouldn’t .. WONT BE BACK!!

We used to go here all of the time before Covid. We definitely miss it and hope to come back soon. This location is always clean and the people are friendly. Great BBQ at great prices.

I tried the pork ribs and chicke breasts which neither had very much flavor, very dry and were disappointing. The green beans were cooked to death and mushy. This is a horrible example of smoked BBQ, however it is the only option in Wylie I am very sad to say. Please, for the love of good and decent food, DO NOT EAT HERE so that they may close and a decent BBQ place can move into the area. The kids working there appear to have no customer service training and just want it to be over. There was no adult supervision, and noone to make observations for improvement. Just quit trying and ahut down already.

The crew serving the food were not very friendly, the food was cold and not very good. The cashier was nice and the restaurant was pretty clean (but there was barely anyone there). I would not recommend.

The worst barbecue place in widely Texas for many years. Every time you go through the drive-through. They're always missing something like they're in a rush to get you in-and-out recommend a different Dickens.
