Breakfast Menu "Dickey's Barbecue Pit" South Lebanon

Good BBQ, their sweet tea was no good but the food is great, this was my second time eating there but I have eaten all the meat besides the chicken. If you eat in the dining room they have free ice cream. Several different BBQ sauce to try.

Our pickup order was wrong (we all got 1 meat plates of sliced brisket) all was dry and shredded. I was there and waiting after the pick up time, for a wrong order; When people ordering after me, got their food. Also, no one likes being talked rudely by and stared at by awkward teens or young adults when waiting for food. Other than that & understanding it's a chain: the mac and cheese is so sweet it tastes like a dessert, and the rolls would make good hockey pucks. This was all around 5pm on a Friday. Just order from a good a good restaurant, it'll probably cost less.

I love Dickeys and have always made sure to go on Mondays to get the deal of the day. Its been some time since I've went and decided today to have it for lunch. The Monday deal for years was 8.99 then they raised it up to 9.99 which I understand the whole prices go up. I looked at my bank statement and was charged 11.00 and not 9.99 plus .75 for tax no big deal but when I got to work this is the portion I received. Again I'd say its been 4 months or more since I've had them but you raise the price and give less food as well. Not sure how that seems fare to the customer.

This was the worst experience. The staff were rude, not pleasant, was not paying attention to the food orders being given, 2 food items were extremely delayed coming up and when brought out, the potatoes was wrong and the wings were terrible... dripping with grease and very hard. There was no ketchup either... When asked for a new baked potato to be made, because mistakes do happen, I was told that was the last one. I received very rude eye rolls and facial glares and expressions....the one person was able to give me a refund on a 8.99 potato but needed to have a clear understanding on why a refund was needed. So i told him. Teenage workers are great but they should be required to know and have customer service and pleasantries. I should have gotten a refund on our entire $55/ meal given this experience. It was absolutely terrible!

This is my first review. That alone should tell you that I had a REALLY bad experience at this place. Savannah the employee obviously took an immediate dislike to us because 1.) she misled us about the spice level in the brisket chili when asked directly. It was inedible-VERY hot spicy - I had to throw it away-would have ordered something else... 2.) she misled about the price of the portion size I pointed at, saying it was 2 dollars less than it rang up; 3.) she did not honor the manager's special price, and 4, you gotta see what she put as the side salad. Yep, about an inch of very wilted lettuce in the bottom of a cup. Did they run out and maybe tell us to substitute? Nope. You judge for yourself if this is simply a series of employee mistakes or someone who just didn't like the looks the customer. She was given no reason to do this. UPDATE: So.... while it looks like ownership was trying to be responsive, they asked me to email them. I did. They promptly requested my phone number. I promptly gave it. Days later, I have heard nothing. I sent another email asking when I might hear from someone, since I didn't want to miss a call from a number I didn't recognize. Nothing yet. Will keep you posted. UPDATE 2 - SO... NEVER HEARD FROM THEM AGAIN. go somewhere else to spend your money!!

Worst experience ever employees rude af and sold⁶ me a bone for 249 I added a rib and it was absolutely dissatisfied as I was with their overall attitude when I asked the guy didn't even look at me he gave me a thumbs up smh get it together

Good meat, ok sauce, terrible service. Staff were confusing and just not with it. Only two tables clean enough to want to sit it.

Trash location, do not order delivery from this location unless you're able to drive there to get a refund. I got burnt ribs with barely any meat on them and burnt chopped brisket instead of sliced brisket. Truck drivers...don't waste your money or time
