Pretty much what I expect from a BBQ place. Checks all my boxes though I understand my tastes might be different than most. Only reason I didn't give a 5 star is the prices have increased quite a bit since my last visit and while I like the intended atmosphere the location didn't seem like it was being kept up rather well. I did here from an employee on my most recent visit that this location has gotten new owners, so if I manage to afford another visit in the future I may revisit this review to give an update based on what work the new owners put into the place.

Dickeys pulled pork sandwiches are incredible! The pork is tender and juicy, and there's enough on there to make another sandwich. I like the spicy BBQ sauce. Fast delivery too. Get the Mac n cheese and the potato salad, both are great too. And if you can find a location that has onion straws try those too.

Wonderful experience with delicious flavorful food. My mom and I came in for dinner and were greeted and served by an extremely friendly man named Chris. He suggested I get the pulled chicken and I was impressed. It was juicy and flavorful. My mom got a brisket sandwich and two sides of beans. Apparently she really likes beans. Abraham and Guillermo checked us out and had a very friendly demeanor. Our experience this evening was wonderful. I was so impressed I asked them all their names so I could personally recognize and thank them for their hospitality, warmth, kindness and great food. Much appreciated!!!!

Since my last time here they are now under new ownership. The portion sizes are smaller and the costs are significantly larger. That caught me off guard when I received smaller than normal portions and went to checkout. It was $20 for a very bland plate of bbq and the Texas toast was not toasted.. So it’s now butter on cold bread which was disappointing. I’ve been going here for 3 years now but this is a huge dip in quality and for the price is no longer worth going.

I was really hoping not to write this review, but after weeks of chasing this restaurant to respond to issues, we can't give them more than 1 star. We love their food, BUT we paid for items we never received in our order and it is impossible to get anyone on the phone, or to respond to our feedback through their website, or even to respond on Facebook where I messaged them twice. Nothing. Customer service really doesn't seem to exist and I guess we won't be ordering here again, because I refuse to pay for food we didn't even get.

Enjoyed a wonderful take out meal and super service. Our order wasn’t quite ready when we arrived a few minutes early to pickup our order so the staff treated us to two big yellow cups. Been going to this Dickies BBQ on Arapahoe Road for many years. Same great service and food! Will be returning often!

I wish there was a negative star rating you could give places. When I walked in, there was only one table that was occupied in the whole restaurant. It was dark inside, despite it being sunny outside. This review is more about the food, than it is the customer service. Which wasn't all that great, but the food was even worse to the point of making me literally sick as a dog!! So I couldn't finish my food, and didn't think it was the food making me feel bad. The next day I gave my leftovers to my partner, she ate it, and she felt sick, and the next day, she spent in the bathroom, coz she ate way more of it, then I. I've tried Dickey's all over Colorado and it's all the same the meats burnt it doesn't look good it doesn't taste half as good as the restaurant smells so I wouldn't recommend anyone spending a dime in any of the Dickey's because they're better barbecue restaurants out there. P. S. And don't let me get started on how much FAT are on those ribs!! If I wanted to eat FAT, I would have bought BACON, but I bought ribs, and I expected to eat MEAT and not FAT. The disappointment, I give a 5⭐!! They're proud to say they've been in business since 1941!! Maybe it's time to close the grill down, because taste have changed since then....

Guys what is going on there? I placed an online order today well in advance and when I arrived I’m told that they never received the order. I had to show them the receipt to their exact restaurant in my email. After waiting there a while they remake the order and staple the bag shut so I didn’t quickly check before leaving (big mistake). When getting home I notice that not only are all the meats cold (which I waited there for them to make it so how is it cold in 5minutes of driving home) they forgot all sauces to include the expensive extra sauces and also forgot the Texas toast. I never make review about places either but this was over the top guys. I wish I could rate the employees separately from this review cause those guys were cool, they are not to be blamed the management is. Don’t recommend.
