My favourite restaurant in the US so far!! And that happens when the freshest ingredients meet world class recipes and are served beautifully in a great ambiance! The portion sizes are large, so make sure you have enough appetite to do justice to the portion size and it's amazing taste! I would eat here everyday if i lived here. Nice patio eating too. Even after stuffing yourself full, you won't feel uncomfortable or bloated. That speaks a lot about the quality of ingredients, spices and sauces. They really care about their customers! Primarily vegan food with some dairy options.

You order at the register and pick up your food at the counter when ready. Bus you own tables. Food is very good, and in VERY large quantities. Either go in extremely hungry, split an order, or expect to have leftovers. Carryout containers are easily accessible at a counter near the exit door.

I just ate here and man, I think I just had the best enchiladas ever! And these were veggie chicken enchiladas. Their ginger tea was amazing! Come on Bay area, we need a restaurant like this. I live in Hayward and yearn for a place like this. Great food, great staff and overall an amazing, amazing experience. I am going back tomorrow for dinner.

This is my second or third time back in a very long time. I remembered why I don't come here often and it's not only because it's far. The food is blasé, bland, meh. I got the Nuclear Bluff sandwich. Seems to be soy curls cooked in tomato sauce. The sandwich doesn't hold together well and is messy to eat. They cheese helped the soy curls stay put. The bread was a little stale. It tasted okay. It better with hot sauce. The salad was wilted and already going bad, orange at the edges. The tomato slices were fresh however. I had asked for vegan cheese instead of regular cheese which they accommodated. But they forgot to switch out the vinaigrette dressing which has honey. Not a huge loss, as it dissuaded me from eating rotting salad. Next time I'm looking for places to eat in the area, I hope I remember this.

The menu didn't look that special but the food was tasty. We tried the regular and mango mimosas which were very fresh but a bit pulpy. We also ordered the chicken tender, enchiladas and a pesto sub. The portions were large and the food tasted good. However for the quality of food provided, it felt overpriced.

Dharma's has excellent vegetarian food! Ample servings. Dinning room is open and spacious. Cafeteria style serving steam table & cook to order dishes. You order and pay up front. Then pick up with a tray. Accepts reservations on to 2 days ahead. I was in a group of 9 adults. They set a banquet table in a spacious location. Food and drinks were ample and delicious. The front of the building is all glass so there is lot of light in the room. Setting was cheerful and spacious. Good service. Takeout cartons available. Is pricey. I paid $30 with tap water as a beverage. We were having a reunion celebration. And we were very happy with food, service, and setting. Parking was good.

Delicious food, cafe-style. The menu is vast and has items for folks whatever your craving of the day is. Definitely great for vegetarians. I had a BBQ seitan sandwich and a veggie BLT and was not disappointed. Bread could've been crispier on the BLT, but the flavors were on-point! The BBQ sandwich was saucy and absolutely delicious, I highly recommend it. Prices are reasonable, especially for the portion size. If you're on the fence on whether to come, think if it as an unpretentious Cafe Gratitude and head on over.

My nose said yes, my eyes said yes, then my mouth said on hells yeah!! This place is absolutely stellar! The food, the service, the cleanliness, all of it...AMAZING!! Don't mind the little nibble on the toast..my company was so hungry and it smelled so good..she couldn't resist a bite before I got a pic, lol! The soups are beyond words..the miso honey salad dressing.. I wanna drink it by the glass..stew the chili..just what my health ordered!! Thank you, thank you, thank you for sharing your food with the community! I hope to be a regular now that I was introduced to you!!
