the food was great, they can provide me dinner menu for my breakfast. cool. the staff was kind as well to us. he always asks if everything is good. great!
The food was great, the service was outstanding, and the food was cooked perfectly! There was a lady that was waiting tables all by herself, and wow she'd might have been all alone in the front, but she was keeping up really well. I saw the cook, and he cooked really well, and I'm surprised they were the only 2. I guess the other person in the back was too lazy to help her! At least the cook, and the waitress were great!
We've been to this location twice. The first time was great and the second time was just okay. We had to remind the staff about our food because our order wasn't complete. We hardly saw our server so we had to ask other staff. You would think that it was due to the restaurant being at seating capacity,but the truth is that there were many tables that were vacant. Some of our food items were cold. The taste of the food was great it was just the service.
This is the last time I give this dennys a chance. You would think that being in San dimas you would have better quality of food. But this dennys is literally a fail every. Single. Time. I hate that I have given them so many chances at this point. Because every time I have regretted it. Waste of gas. Waste of time. Waste of food. And money that doesn’t grow on trees. The order didn’t have everything in it. Missing fries. Missing chicken tenders. The boneless wings were cold. And gross (Everything was cold) The mozzarella sticks were not cooked properly…like at all. I attempted to microwave them and they exploded. They still tasted so bad. The entire meal had to be thrown away. And what little bit was eaten caused us to feel sick. I hate complaining when it comes to food. Because I myself have worked in the food industry. But this is ridiculous. The only positive was the cashier. She was friendly and kind. It’s not her fault that who ever is in the back “cooking “ has no idea what they are doing. Sadly one kind employee is not enough to keep my business. If you are smart, you will stay far away from this dennys. Trust me, your stomach will thank you later. 🤮🤢🤮🤮🤮🤢🤢🤢
Long wait about 30 mins. About 10 am Susan our Server was a Tops. pro. Appreciate her hard work to make our dinning experience special . She was helpful and friendly. They offer Military Discount as well as AARP . Fyi. We had a party of 8 used 2 tables. But she was a plus to Denney's. Thank you Susan.
The best experience, the best Denny’s my family and I have ever had, and the best server. Susan is warm, caring, and wants to provide the best experience. My kids were completely content with the food and want to return every Sunday to enjoy some food and time with Susan.
The food is always fresh, flavorful, and served with a generous portion size. Oh, and let's not forget the bottomless cup of coffee, which is a true highlight! Whether you're there for a hearty breakfast, a quick lunch, or a late-night snack, Denny's guarantees a satisfying and enjoyable dining experience every time. P.S the claw machine cheats!
Location: Good, Parking: Good, Service:Good, Price for food received: Fair, Overall: Having just eaten at a Dennys in a different city I was happy to try the one closest to me. Now comparing is not the norm for me but in this case it was of interest. I literally asked for the same meal from the other location and yes it was not as good as the first order which did bum me out. Now if I were to compare it to the local IHOP I would choose this Dennys excuse they did have what I wanted. Just needs to work on preparation and final touches. I would go back...
