Dinner was surprisingly pleasant experience. Restaurant was clean. We were promptly greeted by a lady that seemed happy to have customers. The menu had something for any appetite from breakfast to dinner. Waitress was very personable and attentive. Coffee cup was never empty. Food served quickly, hot and delicious 😋. It was refreshing to find employees that knew what customer service means.

Took to long to get your order. Some of our breakfast was hot,the other was not really warm. Service was slow. Waitresses to busy talking. The person checkinng customer out took to long. This place was not busy to have such bad service.

Did a carry out order. Order was to be ready at 9:26. Got the food almost at 10:00. No one wanted to wait on me. Went to the cashier they say its in the back. Explain no one wants to help. They explain ya gotta talk to them. Hard to speak when they either in groups like high school or making it clear they don't want you to speak. The cashier comes by tells one. They said got it then keeps talking to their coworker. The cashier again comes up and finally ask for my name and some one helps. Would have cancelled the order and left if I could have. Won't do this again!

Food was good. Service was a little slow, but fine. However, how on earth are you a breakfast joint in Kentucky and you don't serve grits? Read the room.

Had a good birthday meal with the wife. Everything tasted great. My ONLY complaint was that the cook in rush to prepare the meals forgot to toast my English muffin. I was hoping to get rid of my cravings for an English muffin but a raw English muffin didn’t make that happen. Both the wife and I left Dennys full. Thank You Dennys.

The waitress was wonderful! So sweet and my son loved her! Now the cooks is where I’m about to complain about. My son Mac and cheese hard clumpy, I order buffalo bites and I’m been sick since I ate them and they was so greasy!!

Ordered online, said order was going to be ready at 11:25 got there at 11:30. By 12:15 order still hasn’t been received. Short staffed and only one cook. I have been starting at food that has sat in the window for over 30 minutes. I would not be happy receiving cold food. Update: finally received the food, got home and the hash browns were burned to a crisp. The order was also wrong but at point food was food. Terrible experience, I would have to be desperate for food to go back to Dennys.

We went to breakfast this Sunday morning. Our order was taken quickly and then nothing! We sat for over 30 minutes while people on both sides of us got served when I asked the waitress she 1st made excuses and then went around checking on all the other customers in our section, filling coffee cups and giggling before checking the food order. In 30 mins she never checked our table. The food was not made yet. The supervisor Ruby was just not going to worry about our drink charge. She never once apologized for our delay. The only person who seemed to realize this was wrong is the guy who was seating people and running the register. We go there pretty regularly and over the past year service has steadily gone down but this is a new low.
