Denny's in Orange City FL is my go to breakfast spot. The food is always fresh and the staff have great attitudes. My experience yesterday on 9/27/23 around 10:15 am made me like this place even more and feel valued as a customer. My litte one was not feeling well and asked me to stop at Denny's to get him pancakes on the way from his doctor's appointment. I went in to place a to go order and was greeted by a lovely young woman at the front that looked up, greeted me with a genuine smile, and asked how she could help. She proceeded to take my order keeping the same beautiful energy and read everything back to me on point and professional. She told me my order would be ready in 10 minutes and low and behold it was ready to go although the restaurant was busy. She brought me my bag of food, gave me a beverage for my little one, and smiled and told me to have a wonderful day and thanked me for coming in. As always the food did not disappoint but what made this order extra special was when I got home, there was a cute little handwritten note in my bag that said, "I hope you have a great day and always remember you are worth it, Your order taker", I was blown away that she would take the time to do that because you don't come across many people these days to do something like that. I was having a rough morning and she had no clue but her kind words really touched my heart and made me smile and gave me a push to get through the day and I put that note up on my desk for motivation. I checked my receipt and that lovely lady name is Maria T. This young lady deserve to be acknowledged and uplifted for her kindness and professionalism. Because of you Maria T. I will continue to be a patron of this restaurant and encourage others to come. Thank you for making my day!!!
Showed up to the brightest rainbow we have ever seen!!! Then the staff was polite and nice and even played peek a boo with my daughter. The menu has upgraded too. We left saying we would definitely come back.
Our server was great. She didn't need a pad to write down our order. There's were 3 of us who ordered a lot and she not only remembered the order but served it perfectly. Also, the host "David" was excellent in greeting people. Welcoming aura, warm demeanor and very positive attitude. Great guy. Denny's #7291
I travel all over the USA. This is by far the best Denny’s I’ve ever been to. Excellent waitress and service!
I always receive excellent service here. But today, whoever was the chef did an amazing breakfast for me. The eggs and the hash brown were perfectly done. The lady who assisted us was very attentive and courteous all the time. I will give them a 10. I had to call the manager to let him know how grateful we were with the service and for him to let know the chef and the waitress of their excellent job.
Nice, cozy atmosphere on Thursday nights with the guys after bowling. Staff is always friendly...
I stopped in this Denny's location this morning and was immediately greeted at the door David with a smile and great welcome. David promptly took down my to go order for a Super Slam Breakfast special that I was taking home to share with my Mom. David was so very polite, friendly and quick to assist. I noticed his pleasant welcoming demeanor was consistent with everyone. David is genuine and enjoys making others happy. I believe David deserves a big shout out of recognition. Thank You David and Denny's for a wonderful breakfast experience. I will visit again soon!
We've been a few times the past couple of months and have now decided to make Sunday breakfast at Denny's a tradition. We've had the same service l server the past 3 visits and we love her. Crystal/Nada is her name and she is fantastic.
