This was by far the worst food I have ever eaten at a Denny's restaurant. The gravy for the chicken fried steak was obviously something the cook came up with because they were out of the gravy that they normally serve for that steak. I'd also gotten biscuits with gravy in place of pancakes and the biscuits were cold and the gravy was cold. The gravy was made in a way that just made it taste bland and disgusting. It looked and tasted like someone took boiled milk and added cornstarch to it. Hoping that it would thicken it and call it gravy and for kicks and giggles chopped up a piece of sausage on top of it so they could say that it was sausage gravy.
The place was dirty and filthy from yesterday. I saw a homeless woman with her kids in the restaurant me and another customer paid for her dinner and lunch gave them also a few dollars for her and the kids. Unfortunately the kids were smearing food all over the tables windows and spitting on the windows and front door . I returned to the restaurant yesterday to get my daughter dinner after returning home from her day program. I told them the lady at the register and young man that the doors were sticky dirty n filthy. I came back this morning to grab lunch for my daughter and the same nasty filthy dirty sooty smeared food and finger prints are still on the doors and windows. It is now 9:18 am Friday morning, it was yesterday afternoon 12-3 pm Thursday.
Tonya was amazing. Give her a raise. Best service we have ever had. She is nice, fast and attentive. 10/10 stars if possible.
Good food, great service. We quickly received the order. They have the futuristic robot delivery in house to serve the food. I don’t like the idea of it so I was rather glad when a human brought my order. Ample parking. Kid and family friendly. The food was cooked perfectly.
Tania Smith was our waiter, and she was amazing! She was friendly, positive and upbeat. She didn't miss a beat from greeting us, taking our order, checking on us, letting us know when our food would be out and if there was anything else we needed up to asking for the check! I’ve been to this location a handful of times and have always had the pleasure of having Shy as my server. She definitely makes your dining experience amazing! She’s very sweet, attentive, and personable with you! She doesn’t rush you or anything of that matter. Regardless if you need anything additional or forgot something it never seems to be a hassle and always has a smile on her face. I would highly recommend this location and most definitely ask for Shy to be your server! I promise you won’t be disappointed!!! Extra kudos to the manager Liz for the way she runs this location! She’s always checking on each of her customers ensuring that they have everything they need! Very personable and always has a smile on her face! Very friendly staff. The waitress Ana helped us find a great breakfast selection for the two of us. They also have the best coffee, every single time.
Walked in for breakfast with the hubby Breanna H. Greeted us and ended up being our server! I love this girl. Super nice, helpful, and she came back to check on us a few times to make sure we were well taken care of. Thank you Breanna you are great! As for the food.... everything was good and came out in a timely manner. Good job guys!
