Food was as expected which we like at a Dennys. Unfortunately service was poor. Waitress checked on us once as we were without coffee most of the meal. As a customer it feels disappointing to see staff chatting it up in their area. The hope is that management implements a corrective action.

The place was kinda busy but we were seated within 10 minutes or so. The food was good and served pretty quick, but then we never saw our server again until she brought us the check.

Horrible service, I ordered food today to pickup was waiting for over 20 minute after my order was supposed to be ready. Told 3 employees who worked there about my order, one employee told me they would bring my order to the car for the inconvenience. Waited in my car for another 10 minutes. Came back into the restaurant my food was sitting on the counter the whole time. I spoke to the manager she said next time don’t pay online just come in the store and that was her response to fixing the problem. I will be calling corporate to address this issue as well. Terrible customer service. Than I order hash-browns and there was barely any hash browns in the container. It looked as if someone had ate the hash browns.

Service sucks, took a while to get seated, for waitress to take our order . Our food came fast, good thing. There wasn't very many ppl there. Whole time we were there waitress never checked in with us, never got a refill on coffee or anything. This guy in the kitchen kept picking and eating fruit with no gloves on, kinds gross. We kept waiting for our check to pay I had to waive my waitress down. Nope no tip, not good service. IHOP is better!

So somebody didn't take a pic of their breakfast, which was the black label bacon breakfast and an oreo milkshake. Don't judge me! They prepared my eggs properly thank God so I'm happy. They were friendly and professional. Super happy that my order was still hot when I got home so I truly enjoyed my meal.

There's a waitress named Lucy who is very attentive to your need's, she continually asks if everything is OK, do you need anything else. She gets your order right the first-time without having to write it down.

The food was good but it did seem as if they were short-handed as we waited at almost every step of the process. I know it is a management function to ensure proper staffing but I’m sure that profitability comes into the equation somewhere. I couldn’t give them a lower score than 4-Stars since all of us could be a little more patient as we get through this pandemic together.

Literally we came Father’s Day. AC was out and they told everyone to go home they were shutting down due to pipes bursting. Guy also said AC has been out for 3 months. We came back again today. AC still out. Food was okay but glass behind us covered in handprints. It was uncomfortable to eat due to heat level. I won’t be back again
