I eat here sometimes even with a gluten allergy. I make it clear from the start that I have that allergy. The waitress seemed to nodd and smile when I repeated and asked for a gluten free English muffin. I received my food. It was good. However I noticed the English muffin I asked for was not gluten free after eating it. The waitress didn't seem fluent in English. Nor did she take an effort to have someone else clarify. Management came out and helped they refunded us for this. Which is great but I pushed for her to remind her staff about allergies. I'm thankful she spoke to the waitress however I'm not thankful for the remainder of the day I will have experiencing the symptoms of my allergy. Unfortunately I had to go to the hospital because I thew up several times. This could be easily avoided if the waitress asked her team for help if she didn't understand what I was communicating.

Food was overcooked. They offered me sourdough toast then after all my food was served told me they didn't have that option. They were out of a lot of options. Waiter was rude. Not a good experience.

I would give it no stars. Terrible service terrible food. The place smells bad. The server took too long to take our order. The food was cold and the fries were stale and plain. They were out of items we wanted like chicken strips seasoned fries chicken fried steak. Go to IHOP instead

Everything was fresh and so good. Waited was very nice and on point filling out drinks. Don't know what happened to my pics of the food. Oh well. Next time.

The hamburger and French fries were tasty but the service was very good. The evening shift manager was responsive to my needs.

Just in the past month the service has improved immensely! The food is always good. The bathrooms are always a bit messy, but other than that, it's all good!

Simply a classic, it’s a must to try this eggs. The coffee it’s refill and the prices are ok.

This is probably the worst place I’ve ever been to. All of the staff just looked at me never said a word didn’t make any type of gesture to let me know that they were going to get to me or even try and keep me at any point in time. I really love just standing there looking at people when I’m trying to get something to eat.
