Yes, they're short staffed and I get that, but that place went down hill fast. Seems like no one there cares about their job. We had 4 people and we had breakfast for dinner. I had to send our food back 3 different times. Such a simple meal they didn't care to get right, and when they did, it was choppy. Once the food was done right, it was pretty good. And everything else tasted fine, including our milkshakes. They were very good.
As a young African American male traveling alone to D.C. I was really nervous for several reasons driving through rural Ohio, however the staff at this location at around 4am on a Thursday were commendable. They were courteous, caring and gave me a sense of peace that's hard to find. I feel happy knowing that goodness is more than skin deep, thank you for your amazing service this means a lot to me.
We visited here with family last week for our first visit. It was breakfast time. We had a great server and food was good. The next day we decided to come back for dinner and it was great. Thank you. Awesome service and food.
It was run down. We got there and there was only three other tables being waited on. Two out of the three tables were getting refunded for a mistake with their order. Watched the cook in the back handle food without washing hands after touching his phone. And no hairnets were used in while preparing food on the grill. Will never eat there again. When I asked the waitress for a recommendation since we had never eaten there before, she could not recommend anything. Said she does not eat there. That should have been my first hint to leave.
Dirty place. Slow service. Food wasn't bad, but prices on menu was wrong. Kitchen staff was very loud. Unprofessional
Don't eat here if you are in a hurry or want good food. The service is slow. The restaurant only had a few people but we waited over a half hour for food. 3 plates of chicken came out burnt. They told us it was that way in order to get it to the temp to be fully cooked. The lettuce in the salad was brown. The iced tea tasted old, and i couldn't drink it. My daughters food was so burnt she couldnt eat it. I won't be back. And me and my family wouldnt recommend to anyone. So when i asked for my daughters meal and my meal to be taken off due to us not being able to eat it the waitress came back, sat the receipt down and leftwithout taking our meals off. They dont have good customer service.
We had not been here in awhile as the food and service seemed to go downhill (probably due to being short staffed) We decided to try it again since it had been a while and were pleasantly surprised. Nyx was our server and she was awesome, she was friendly, professional and very attentive. Thank you Nyx. Then when we got our food, we were astounded. Everything was amazing. Thank you Amber for preparing such a great meal. You are definitely a credit to your profession. Instead of being disappointed again, we had to get a to go box.
Burnt everything. No toast. Forgot hash browns.Worst 27.00 I've ever spent. Never again! Edit. Door dash driver ate my hashbrowns! Careful who you use!
