I ordered an omelet, the meat was charred and burnt, eggs over cooked, but the hash browns were good. The “omelet” was actually just some eggs with all the meat on the outside which I assume is because everything was so over cooked the stuff wouldn’t stay in the omelet. I also ordered pancakes on the side and they gave me 2, as expected. However they hid a pancake that was half the size underneath the larger one so I essentially got 75% of what I should have. Not a huge deal but I did feel that the cook was pretty lacking. The server was super nice, I think her name was Natalie. She had a tattoo of a duck on a skateboard on her arm. The restaurant also had no AC, and it was cooler outside than it was inside, putting the indoor temperature above 90 degrees. The price point of the food would be acceptable had my food been prepared better.. All in all I think the server saved this from being an entirely negative review of the restaurant.
Came in for the first time in the long time of not being there remembering the build your own grand slam was the best thing. It's nothing like it use to be absolutely gross super grease on the whole plate hashbrowns where still kinda raw and biscuits were rock hard and burnt wouldn't even feed them to my dog. And the price for the amount of food is way over priced definitely never going back.
We were seated right away. No water or menus... just a table. We sat there for a good 25 minutes and were ready to leave before we finally got recognized as paying customers. My husband and I each ordered the Veggie Omelet. When we were served, we were disappointed because the veggies were way overcooked, and our toast didn't appear to be buttered. We will not be going back.
Amazing food! Amazing service! Manny is definitely the best cook this Denny's has had in a very long time! Top that off with the Spectacular Customer Service from Corrina and this has definitely been the best experience I've had at any Denny's in quite some time! Great Job!
Today I could not eat but my fiance and his neice did. It looked deliciois. I wanted just chicken soup broth but they did not have it. The server looked for chicken bullion but could not find it. I appreciate her effort. Here is there food. Wow!!! Yummmmm
Look, I understand that places are having trouble keeping staffed but this place is disgusting. Flies ALL over, humid, sticky, just overall dirty. We were sat at an uncleaned table, so we politely made an excuse to be moved. The next table was just as dirty with food under almost every table. We were trying to not be rude and decided to wipe down that table ourselves with a little sani wipe we had. The wipe can out BLACK! Not kidding. I wish I would have taken a picture of it. When our food came, my mom cut into her over easy egg and it was literally RAW, like clear through out. So we asked if we could just have them through them back on to cook a couple more seconds. The waitress agreed but she was not happy, clearly. They actually RE-MADE the eggs and we were thankful! We went to dig and there was something weird in the hashbrowns, didn't want to guess what it was. Told our server sorry, tipped her, asked what we could pay for (she said nothing) and dipped out of there. Overall one of the dirtiest restaurants I've ever been. We'll NEVER go back. I guess all Denny's have just gone down hill. Sad, I used to love them when I was a kid. 0 outta 10 would never recommend.
The cook kept touching his face while cooking and touching food as he's all sweaty. The waitresses didn't know what they were doing, it took forever to get our food, hashbrowns were not all the way cooked, the veggies on my omelet looked and tasted like they had been sitting in a bowl for a couple days, we ordered chocolate chips in pancakes, didnt get that, ordered a side of gravy, had to remind our server twice and after about 15 min, finally got some gravy that wasn't even hot. Do nit go there if you want a quick meal. We waited almost 8 min to be seated when there were only 3 tables or booths being occupied.
I begged my wife to take me out for pancakes even though she doesn’t like breakfast food. Dennys was the perfect happy medium for us. The food came out in a timely manner & presentation was perfect! Heather treated us with kindness. She’s a sweetheart. Will be back to eat with her again soon!
