Went to denny's for breakfast and I was not impressed with the food. The waitress are nice and friendly, however they need better cooks. We ordered hash browns and scrambled eggs and bacon and pancakes. The hash browns were very greasy leaving a greasy taste in your mouth. The eggs were not bad but the bacon wasn't right. The pancakes look like they were cooked on one side and not the other side and then they were served to us. I complained about it and they made us new pancakes however the new pancakes were overcooked and I believe the cook done that on purpose. So if you go there by chance pay attention to your food, thank you.
Eat at your own risk. I don't think they do a lot of cleaning (attached photos). Dust hanging all over, bugs inside the light fixtures. The food is not good or fresh! Waitress was nice. Not worth it.
Me and my boyfriend went here a few days ago and can by far say it was better than our IHOP experience! I tried the pumpkin pecan pancakes and they were spoon delicious! My eggs and meat was all cooked properly as well. I forgot the servers name but she just had eye surgery and still did an amazing job! She made sure we we well taken care of and she was super sweet. Will definitely be eating here again!
The morning shift is great. They have great service and great cooks they all deserve a raise better keep these people Maria is super wonderful and Jaime is awesome not sure the others names but they all are great very friendly makes me feel welcome and I have breakfast everyday on weekends I spend alot of money there because I love these people. Also the guy that gets the dishes and cleans tables does a great job and is very nice to me and other customers treats us like his friend as everyone here does
Stopped by Dennys to try a couple of their new dishes. It was clean and the service was fast and friendly. The coffee was burnt and no amount of sugar or creamer could hide that flavor, rate that a 4. Traditional breakfast The bacon I ordered was crisp and flavorful. The eggs were cooked right to order as I did order them over medium, the hashbrown also tasted fantastic. I rate the traditional breakfast a 9 out of 10. Now onto their new signature dishes. Banana caramel pancakes. 1 of the pancakes was burnt and had black crusty pan residue that ruined the taste all together. There was a very little amount of caramel syrup and the bananas were extreamly hard. As if they were not ripe at all. I give this a 1 out of 10. Next I ordered there chicken Fried biscuits and gravy with eggs on top.The biscuits were cooked perfectly and the taste of the gravy was amazing and not to salty. The crispy chicken mixed in really complimented the gravy onsomble, I was really impressed with this dish and give it a 9 out of 10. Had the eggs not been sitting on top, this has potential to be a 10 out of 10 dish.
Dennys has a good menu and is a fun place to meet and eat. They have deserts and a lot of windows it is cleaner than it used to be. I like it.
The waitress was very friendly. However, the dishes were dirty. We asked for new glasses but the new dishes were still dirty. We were not impressed by the food. The chicken fried steak had an odd flavor, scrambled eggs had something pink in the them, the pancakes were not good at all, the hollandaise sauce was not creamy but was more paste like. We won't be returning. Like other reviewers, we agree they need new cooks and a better dishwasher.
I honestly would of given one star but don't use the word hate so went with 2. The guys working were very kind and helpful the food however was burnt and just awful! Maybe it was just a bad night for Danny's but hopefully if there is a next time the food will be at least edible! Service was great though just couldn't eat the food that evening! You don't wanna be a complainer especially when they seemed short staffed and doing the best they could with what they had it appeared! Although one employee was more focused on a ladyin the parking lot then the patrons indoors! Thank you to the server and hopefully times will get better for this spot!
