Waitress was nice, food was "okay" my daughter did not like her meal at all, it was burnt and took forever to get to her.

Never will I come back to this Denny’s. Service was HORRIBLE. I ordered curb side because we’ve had an early morning and a long day at the baseball fields for my sons tournaments and I wanted to get my son fed showered and to bed because we have another early start Sunday morning with his tournaments. So I ordered a quick curb side so I did exactly what the website prompt me to do. Call once you’ve parked. I called 3x no answer so I decided to go inside only to be told they don’t have a phone in front and they didn’t know where the phone was. So I asked about my order and they said they will check on it. Mind you my order should have been ready by 8:36pm I’ve been waiting for over 45 min patiently they still didn’t have my order ready. Dora and Nancy BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE! I get it you’re under pressure with customers coming in and needing to be seated. Well I am a paying customer too that already paid for their food. Online orders should be handled in a timely manner as shown and not to be told that you only handle serving the food. I’ve also seen groups of people leaving because lack of help or workers. COME ON DENNY’S! Pick up your slack.

It seems their understand but they did the best to give a good service. I try the new brisk it all Melt, do not recommended it. The brisket is not to my expectation. If I had to grade it 1 - 10. I give it a 2.😲

I give this place a shot every few months or so and not much changes. I've eaten here a few times over the years and have gotten take out from here. Take out or delivery: they usually mix the order and or miss something, so you will need to be diligent about what you order and check that you receive what you order. So if you order take out or delivery, don't be surprised if you are missing something. Dine in: The place is understaffed, but they do what they can. The food is good and they'll fix any issues with your order. Overall, the food is good. You just need to verify that you get the food you ordered be it through online takeout/delivery or sit and dine in.

So many bad reviews but I had a great experience. As soon as we walked in we were seated immediately. It wasn’t busy at all and maybe had two other booth filled with other guests. Our waitress was friendly and even put my sons order in before my sisters and I so it would come out sooner. I got the Americans diner double burger and would definitely order it again!!! My sister got the Fried fish platter and said everything was good.

Honestly can't speak on the food. Walked in. I didn't see a soul except for the cook. It said wait for host to be seated, proceeded to wait another minute and half before I walked out with my mom and 2 kids. I drove 4 minutes to a small business, Coffee Mias and had an awesome breakfast with a great atmosphere and a friend staff!

I counted 6 empty tables and theres 20 people waiting to be seated! Very slow staff. The cashier didn't even have a pen, had to borrow from a customer. What the monkey is going on at this place? Almost everyone working here has a attitude problem, seems like they need retraining in customer service. Including the management. If you read other reviews, it seems its a common complaint.

Great food and service! The veggie omelette was one of the best in recent memory. So much to like on the menu: melts & handhelds, omelettes, pancakes and crepes, salads, slams, starters. Good deals abound on the kid's meals and the 55+ menu. Good location with easy access off Hwy 101, close to the beach and just around the corner from Walmart. Highly recommend!
