Lots of empty tables and booths but waited 10 to be seated while the manager tended to long line of people at the register due to them mixing up receipts. Waitress tended to a family who was seated after us before coming to our table. Took another 50 minutes for food to arrive. Our toast came AFTER our meal. Just terrible.

The eggs were undercooked and some food was so cold it dried up before coming to the table. The sauces were extremely thick and curdding, and fruit that came was sitting out all day. 2/3 meals had to be sent back. And a party left the restaurant upset refusing to eat. This location needs an entire re-vamping of staff and training. Don't waste your time here---it;s an issue with management. Poor service, poor quality food---I was worried I was going to get sick eating there.

Didn't have hash browns, ordered the chicken fried steak skillet eggs over easy. Dripping canola oil off the steak ruined it. Potatoes weren't good, seemed old or something. Eggs were cooked, but tasted off, weird sweetness you don't want in eggs. Gravy was the only edible on the plate. Overall only ate about 1/10th of the meal. Waitress didn't even ask if we wanted to go boxes (indicates this experience is commonplace).

Place was at 50% full, service has been better, once l placed my order things seemed to get a little better, except for the hair wrapped around the knife. Meal was cooked right and sized correctly. Bathroom was clean.

I wish I could give this 0/5 stars. This place needs help with customer service, cook staff, general management, cleanliness, and time management. Everything you don't want in a restaurant. Train your staff or hire better. Hours are great though, you've got all day; 24hrs to kill time while you're waiting two-six hours for your food.

Restaurant smelled, food was awful, waitresses were more interested in their family members who were hanging out at the restaurant looking like a bunch of gang members. Fries weren't even cooked all the way, brought out dripping with grease and cheddar mash potatoes were old, cold and dried out with cheese unmelted on top. Horrible, horrible food.

Terrible Experience. The diner smelled funny as soon as you walked in. It took the waitress 5 minutes to come over to our table to even greet us / ask us if we want something to drink. My wife got sick off of the food about an hour after we left. I definitely do not recommend this place.

I went in early in the afternoon to try out some chicken strips. When I got in the restaurant, I noticed it was pretty warm. it had to be about 75 degrees in the place. When my waiter came up to me, he was sweating, and his shirt looked moist. You could actually see the sweat on his forehead. I ordered the chicken strips ,a bacon cheeseburger, and some kind of berry smoothie.. Shrek I think. While I was getting my order taken, I asked for a glass of water. The waiter, looking quite uncomfortable, brought me my water. When I tasted the water, it actually tasted like dirty dishwater , so i called the waiter and told him the water tastes terrible. He told me it was probably the ice machine and he would give me another glass of water without ice. It tasted normal enough. the burger was pretty good, but then again, how can you NOT make a decent burger, right? The chicken strips were pretty good too, but then again, I drown them in Tabasco sauce so I wouldn't know the difference anyways. The berry smoothie was pretty good I must admit, but then again, it's a smoothie, its supposed to taste good, Anywho, after I ate my food, and was drinking the second glass of water the waiter brought me, because the first glass tasted like dishwater, i took a look at the glass, and noticed it was dirty. When i say the glass was dirty, i mean, it still had fingerprints on it, and you could actually SEE the film on the inside and outside! I literally rubbed the filth off the inside, and outside of the glass with my fingers, and took a few pictures. I wish I had seen the filth on the glass before i finished my meal, because I totally lost my appetite. I was heartbroken. What do you do when you just ate a whole meal, and NOW find out you've been drinking out of a dirty glass the whole time? I didn't even bother the sweaty waiter anymore, because he obviously knew the glass was filthy before he gave it to me. I took my receipt up to the desk, and there was the cashier on the phone with her significant other. She actually made me wait while she took her sweet time to get up from the table she was sitting at, while talking on the phone. She never even said hello, aloha, thank you or even mahalo. actually she didn't even look at me because she was too into whatever it was she was doing on the phone. I didn't leave a tip, because a sweaty waiter, a glass of dishwater, and a filthy glass covered in film, really disappointed me. The obnoxious cashier didn't help either. i mean she actually made me feel like it was a problem to come and take my money. The food was ok. but the restaurant was hot and muggy, and made my waiter sweaty and gross to look at.
