It took a few to get seated but the waitress was working the whole place herself, she did the dang thang! The food was hot and fresh, the kids were excited to get an extra tender in their meals and the waitress was super nice when we asked for two sides of bacon because my kids were wanting some. They need more staff of course but she held it down.
BRO!! They had this Dennys like it was an oasis in the middle of the desert. The serving women in here top notch, kept you updated with all your drinks, food, etc. and def the food smacks backwards. Would recommend if you got time to slide!
I was so positively surprised today (Monday). I don't usually ask for names or write reviews, but Lakiesha did such an amazing job today. I have been driving around the country for 15 years (lots of Dennys lol) and I think that's the most professional service I ever got. The food today was perfect as well! Whoever cooked it, wow... two thumbs up. As to the restaurant in general it really depends on the day you will come. Was here on Sunday as well, and the food and service let's just say wasn't great.
It’s not so much the fact that it took nearly 15-20 minutes to be seated or 30-45 min to get my food. Those things are frustrating. But when I finally got my skillet it wasn’t even hot food. It was lukewarm at best. If you have to wait around for a good long while, please make sure the food prep and everything is on point. Actually the first Denny’s I’ve had this experience over the years.
Clean, nice, tbh best Denny's food wise I've been too. Our waitress was very polite and accommodating. Seated right way. Spent $35 for what we got I wouldn't complain one bit.
Ordered online at about 3am and when i got to the place there was a sign saying they were temporarily closed til 7am. So I went back later in the day and the manager was quick to address the issue. Although i really just wanted to get the food i had ordered earlier, he provided me with the food and and full refund for the inconvenience. I can tell they really care about making a good impression on customers and that is very much appreciated. Will be returning for late night meals, especially considering the food was great too.
4/18/23 around 7 pm service was awesome. They only had one waitress that I saw, but she was really handling everything well & cleaning. She should teach others. 4/19/23, around 5 pm, service was the worst ever! That kid didn't have an ounce of care in the world. It took forever, and the food was gross. I am not sure how you mess up a salad, but his mission was accomplished. He made a rude comment as he walked to the kitchen to check on my salad. Plus, they were out of many things on the menu.
The server was amazing, the food portions for huge so you're getting your money's worth. My family and I had a great time! Also you can buy the Cups for $3.19! Would go back again!
