We love coming to see Ricardo at the Hanover Park Denny’s. He is very attentive, helps us know about new items on the menu and makes sure that our food and beverages are just we requested. Enjoyed the Super Bird sandwiches today!! Good food. Excellent service.

Great, fresh food. Amazing service Recommend this Denny‘s

I never got to share my personal thoughts on this restaurant and to be honest when I left in February of 2023 I wanted absolutely nothing to do with I got offered the job of a life time to work for another Denny's and basically made $22 an hour which isn't bad especially just being a underdog manager not even a big shot. But after leaving I had to be reminded constantly about how much this Denny's sucked by my new boss no offense to the district manager Nicole but you should a serious talk with Rich But this was a place I liked going to everyday. It's been a few months now since I left. I left as a manager here and went to another Denny's to still be a manager. I have no regrets working here it was a amazing experience and I'm happy I got to meet amazing people but the reason I'm posting this now is because I'm running for a public official position in 2025 and have been offered a site manager position for a new promotion I gave Nicole the district manager to promote through the restaurant and to bring in business for the restaurant I'm also posting this as well as I was diagnosed with thyroid cancer back when I was 13 and unfortunately I'm running short on time but wanted to make sure this was posted for all the haters out there who think this restaurant shouldn't exist without Denny's in Hanover park people wouldn't have experience on certain things or being able to be better than they've ever benn I mean look at me I was a server who became a manager who's going to be running for office in 2025 so if you want results in life I recommend working here and starting small and working up! Nicole this was amazing experience for me and I'll never forget it thank you and I hope my promotion I gave you works for you guys! I highly recommend eating here but also applying for a job this is a better location then the other location I worked at trust me!

We stopped in to have a late (1 PM) Saturday breakfast. We’ve been looking for a nice Dennys since the one at Rt 59 & Rt 72 in Hoffman Estates closed. We FINALLY found it! Great atmosphere (We can tell it was recently remodeled), Good food, and GREAT service by Ricardo! We will definitely be back!!

I worked with Karen for almost six months. During this time, I never heard her raise her voice to the employees. I am from Ukraine, when I came to get a job, I did not have any experience in a restaurant. I made a lot of mistakes, confused food, took incorrect orders, sometimes I did not understand what customers wanted from me, confusing orders, I had spoiled food. But Karen was never angry with me, she supported me as best she could, even served my tables. I always felt supported and helped from her. Unfortunately, I had to move to Texas, so left this restaurant. But I can say with confidence that this is the best manager I have ever worked with. This woman is absolutely dedicated to his work. I've never seen her sit around doing nothing. She always helped waiters, cooks in the kitchen (by the way, she always put a cap on her head when cooking). I respect this person and consider the comment meaningless. A thousand miles from Illinois, I feel wholeheartedly outraged by the accusation of this person, who deserves the highest praise for everything she does.

I go go this Dennys because it’s clean, comfortable and friendly. I always get the Lumberjack Slam and always done perfectly. I appreciate the fast service, Ricardo, is a pro. Well done. Continue to keep your standards up. Always keep an eye on the bathroom for cleanliness.

As soon as i walked in with my grand kids Ricardo welcomed us and made my grand kids feel very special made Awesome sprinkle and chocolate chip pancakes for them and they were very happy and he made their day!! I don’t see this kind of service at Hoffman Estates Dennys at all even though they were busy and we were able to get our food supper fast..Ricardo is a great asset for the business!!! Hope he gets a great recognition for his great service and providing the best hospitality He came to our table to check on us to make sure everything was ok with food!!! Great job Ricardo keep it up!!!!!!

The staff was very friendly and efficient during a busy Sunday lunch rush. However, the manager, Karen, made me lose my appetite due to constant degrading of her employees, in front of customers, through my entire meal. She had a very rude and demeaning tone and seemed to be yelling more than working. Also entered kitchen multiple times with hair down. When I personally gave her this customer feedback, she shut me down and denied her behavior and laughed in my face. The staff deserves better!
