Good place to eat I come here when im on this side of town . The food is usually fresh and hot. The restaurant is always clean and organized. The staff are friendly and welcoming. The minor issue was they didn't have any milk shakes and steak available at 4am. other than that everything is good here. i recommend coming here ***If anyone likes my honest reviews then please like my post and follow my google account*** -Thanks
Let me start by saying WOW!! When you have great staff and an excellent cook in a restaurant, it makes all the difference when dining out. Jill, my server has a wonderful, pleasant personality she gives that cheers sitcom effect. You want to be where everybody knows your name vibe. I don't want anyone else waiting on me. Sorry, I'm sure other staff members are great, but Jill knows what taking care of customers is all about and she gives great meal suggestions, which brings me to my next favorite person Carlos, you want this man to prepare your food everything he cooked from the new BLT to the pancakes 🥞 were cooked to breakfast perfection. Listen, when everything on your plate, taste that good, and the presentation makes your mouth water that means the person who prepared your food truly cares, and that my friends is the chef yes I said chef you want cooking your food. A person energy goes into your food when being cooked, which means Carlos cares about what he's presenting. Bravo, you guys, please stay consistent because that's where most restaurants in our local area fall short.
We were driving back from Mesa. Decided to eat lunch. We stopped at this Denny's restaurant. The food was delicious. The kitchen knew how to cook. The service was definitely slow. It's really slow. Only two servers taking care of the front of the house. With a total of 40 guests or so. And a manager that was trying to expedite food. He should have been out front cleaning tables and seating guests. Our server was polite and kind. My take on it. Go early before Church is out. Or go later on in the afternoon. This place definitely needs more workers. Bathroom floors were filthy and needed to be cleaned.
Jill N is the best server I’ve ever had the pleasure to know. The food is good and fresh at a value price. Frankly I eat whatever Jill suggests and delivers to me.
Great experience. Jules was amazing, and she made my friend's son feel special on his birthday. Her service was great, and she has a sparkling personality as well. 💛 The food was fresh and cooked perfectly, and the bathrooms were very clean. We drive out this way about once a month, and will definitely eat here again.
My Mom, myself, & other Family & Friends, have Enjoyed many Meals at this Denny's! Whenever I'm Visiting my Dear MOM who lives in Arizona now near this Denny's in Fountain Hills, We always take Her out to Dinner there as many times as possible. The Staff is always Friendly, the Restaurant, (including Bathroom), is always Clean, & the Food is always Fresh & Tasty. All of the Staff there have taken very Good Care of Us, & have been mindful of Our expressed needs, desires, & special requests. Moreover, one Waitress named Jules is Really Exceptional; She always Remembers my MOM, makes Her feel Special & brings a Smile to Her Face, plus gives Us Great Service as well! If You are a Local, &\or Visiting from outa town, I'd recommend this Denny's to You. 👍🙋♀️😁❤️🌎🌈
Please please get more staff (easier said than done), 1120pm Friday night 25 people 1 server and cook On the weekends. it will pickup for snowbird season right around the corner. Waited 30-45 min to get my food waited another 30min for my check. The only place open past 11pm in town needs more staff on the weekends. And especially nights all the bars start to close capitalize on that. Exhibit A. Friday night weekend bars closed down in town people want food. Atmosphere was not great food crans napkins under tables. staff your store around weekends and nights. There is only so much two people can do. Go over training call for backup something.
Jill was amazing, the best customer service I experienced in years. She cooked our meal and was our waitress. I had a medical procedure done, and she was refreshing afterward. Thank you.
