New Review! This is our third time coming here. Excellent experience today. The manager, Robert, had a great conversation with us, and so did one of the servers. They recognized us from our first and second visit! That is a really cool personal touch, that they’ll remember you face. Today we showed up around 11 am or so. The restaurant was not extremely busy, but it was moving. We got seated right away. The food was good. The service was also good today. Food tasted very good also, my bacon avocado burger was delicious, the avocado tasted fresh. French fries were nice and crunchy. Nice environment. We didn’t feel rush to order, we didn’t feel rush to eat. We did enjoy our time in there today. Overall, excellent experience! Thank you guys for the great service today! ———————————————————————- Old Review! It’s just another Denny’s. Today was our Third Sunday coming to this location right after church. So it was around 1 pm. This location it’s a hit or miss. The good quality of customer service is not there all the time. Our first time here, the service and food were just “OK.” The second time, which was about two weeks ago, was excellent. But today, it was bad. Customer service was lacking a lot today. 2 parties of three people (Just like ours) were seated before us, but we were there first. When we told the hostess she just said “they’ll be right with you.” No apologize, no eye contact, nothing. We finally got sat down. Our waitress was in such a rushed, even though the restaurant was not super crowded. We felt really rushed today, didn’t enjoy our time there at all. Food was good at least! Even though they did get it wrong twice. I give them a three star just because their customer service is not constant, it’s a hit or miss!
The food was very good. I ordered a lasanha, which was just ok. I went for a lunch. Usually I prefer Dennys for breakfast.
Clean tables and super friendly staff. Hash browns are a but greasy but the omelet was great. The sever was kind, prompt and even topped off my hot coco with sprinkles for my bday. Great location.
The team of this Denny’s is always very good. Food, service, cleanliness, and great attitude is always very good. What I realized is that this is not just any run of the mill Denny’s. My wife and I eat here regularly because of the service, food and I mustn’t forget the value.
Went around dinner Time on a Friday, not a lot of customers, although our waiter was friendly he took way too long to take our order, provide us with drinks, and even bring the check. Perhaps you'll have better luck. I'll try a different restaurant next time I need a quick bite for sure.
Yesterday I ordered Skillet while having breakfast with my husband at Parkway Dennis in Portola, and it was so shocking that I couldn't help but suggest a revision. The staff were so kind. The object that might be a potato was overcooked hard and oil was dripping out, and the meat was also black and looked like it had been frozen for a long time. I don't even give this kind of food to dogs at home, but I don't know how to eat it. I was so upset that I left a message on the receipt.
Food good, the ONE waiter they had was very attentive and friendly. BUT THEY CLOSE WAY TO EARLY!! Dennys is a name you can trust for quality and one you can count on being open!! NOT THIS LOCATION!! Foothill Ranch, CA. Location was closed by 8 PM last night !! Too bad too, cause it's the only dinner style dining in the area!! Best onion rings around!!
