Table condiments need to be wiped down/degreased! And kept full, to boot! Waiter was pleasant, but it stops there. Coffee and water were delivered quickly to our table within minutes of our arrival. Food took about 35 minutes. During that time I had placed my empty coffee cup at table’s edge for a refill. Despite waiter walking by and glancing down at our table numerous times, no refill was offered. Food presentation was horrible, looked like the cook slung it across the kitchen from the stove to the plate. The scrambled “eggs” were of terrible consistency (too much unknown additive). No more Lenny’s breakfasts for me!
SEE UPDATE BELOW***Sorry, Dennys..and if anyone follows my reviews will notice I ate a meal in Silver City and gave them 5 stars. So I will say: the coffee was good, however I was never offered a refill. I did ask for and got ice water. The toast and egg with the omelet was good, and not burned. The potatoes were burned as were the veggies in the omelet. ( Appears the heat was up too high on that griddle) there seemed to be alot if people standing around in the kitchen..so maybe they are training people?. There was one amazing guy who was really busting his butt to wait on people ( not my waiter, only saw him when he brought my food, drink, and the bill)***..OK..I AM UPDATING MY REVIEW. I had breakfast today, much improved service, Melissa was on top of coffee refills and checking on tables. GOOD JOB MELISSA! The pecan pancakes were yummy!
Traveling through, and hungry. This Denny’s didn’t disappoint. The gentleman that greeted us was friendly, and courteous. The waiter was prompt, and took our order within 5 minutes. The food came out quickly, and was delicious!
Pros: Food was good. They service was great and fast. Cons: - There's room for improvement in terms of how clean does the restaurant looks (e.g. a lot of dust on lamps right on top of the cashier). - Some maintenance needed as well, for example, I saw a chair repaired with tape.
Incompetent menu. I ordered two ítems and we're unavailable. Then i irderes chicken Strips with hash Browns and the hash Browns we're burned... Will not attend there again...
Service and food was excellent. Restaurant is open 24/7 which makes it ideal. Restrooms are clean. Food is down to earth and I have always been pleased. Tonight I had a Chorizo, Egg, Cheese, and ham sandwich on toasted Sourdough Bread that came with a side of hash browns. I topped it off with coffee and French Vanilla Creamer. I finished the meal totally filled and satisfied. Total price including tip was $20.00. Server was attentive throughout but not overbearing.
I really don't understand how some people get franchises to let them waste away and be run into the ground. This Denny's is dirty, the menu is always out of everything, and the food is lackluster. Service is hit or miss, sometimes you get someone who is nice, sometimes you get someone who clearly doesn't want to be there. Corporate really needs to check in on their stores sometimes so that their brand isn't being burnt down like this location is doing.
Love the restaurant, the food is great, especially the salad with the house ranch, the staff is absolutely wonderful. They are always packed out with customers but everything is done in a very reasonable time from being seated to drink orders to ordering food and having food brought back out They don't bat an eye at an odd or slightly modified order. Wait staff doesn't hover nor neglect. The entire establishment is clean and everyone is friendly courteous and they will make sure you get what you ask for and however you ask fo it. Love it and every time I eat here. 6 star review definitely. The only thing that I see could be improved is a bigger menu maybe a few more varieties of the skillets and it would be perfect place to dine in or out in my experience.
