Bonnie our server was super awesome. Came in after work and was seated quickly. She was friendly and our food was hot and delicious. Will come back again and again.
Spent Easter breakfast here with my family party of 6 and from the time we stepped in until we left out the door Melissa was a pleasure. She was polite. She spoke clearly. She made sure everything was taken care of but what I admire most is her smile and energy towards our table, needs a promotion immediately, so she can train more people to be like her. Food hit the spot too hats off to the kitchen crew and management came by mid meal and asked how things were as well
Dining room was clean, server was accurate with our order. Food was delivered promptly and the portions were fair. Over all a good experience and will be dining here on a regular basis.
Meet up at Denny's with a friend who moved to Lake County. The wait staff are super friendly. The food is good... you know, Denny's. The place needs a good airing out. Smells stale, which is more than a little unappetizing. Sort of like being served breakfast at the DMV. But the wait staff are so kind and responsive, and the location is really convenient.
Bonny did an amazing job, she had a great personality, made us laugh the whole entire time, we were truly happy with our service. Thank you so much Bonny.
We were the only diners at 5pm on a Saturday night...seemed strange. The waitress had to check and see if they had lettuce for a Cobb Salad. They did and the salad was good except I've never had their dinner salad without crackers or toast. My husband's lasagna took forever, came out a little burnt and had the smallest toast slices ever! When she dropped off the she said she'd pick it up when we were ready and left to "roll silverware". When we said it was ready she said she couldn't take credit card we'd have to bring it up? Why offer to take check if she couldn't take cc? Her manner was bored and seemed sorry to be there. Very strange experience and didn't offer soda refills but once. Terrible experience for a $40 meal.
It has been a long time since I had a delicious meal at Denny’s. Our server, Laurel, was so nice, had a smile on her face for miles and we really appreciate that in this day and time. Thank you for hiring such nice people.
The food was tasty and a nice amount for the money. The service was very good and friendly. Overall a nice experience.
