Absolutely delicious food. Bottomless cups of hot coffee without asking. Very attentive waitstaff. We always eat at a Denny’s when traveling because of the constantly good food. The only downside of this restaurant was the ladies room. It was the biggest mess I’ve ever seen in a restaurant. The handicap stall toilet was full of feces and paper. The other stall was presentable but no toilet tissue. This was brought to the attention of management.
The food was served raw the brisket was a very red and the smell of spoiled meat was covered up by sauce and seasoning. The nachos where just generally unappetizing and look disgusting
Dennys is ok, but I feel there's better food out there for the same price. While eating, a couple came in with a HUGE dog. I love dogs and believe they should be treated well, but I don't believe they belong in restaurants! As a matter of fact, I looked up the laws regarding animals that are NOT true service animals, and it is against the law for them to be in eating establishments! I will not go back to any restaurant that allows animals that are NOT real service animals.
I LOVE Dennys BUT... this place was not running well today! We waited more than triple the time estimated. The problem seems to be lack of help! Empty tables and a 45 min wait. Folks waiting 4 customers deep to pay and no one to take their payment! Last but not least... this place was filthy! Not my best day at Dennys in AJ.
Worst service by Jade! How disgusting is this nachos ! 🤮🤮 We waited 10 min to be seated , we should’ve just left. Also the bathrooms smells like pee, badly. So gross.
Great food...WHERE? NOT here! Last time I gave it an okay review but this time it is a definite no-go with me. The sewer smell is finally gone from the Denny's so that definitely is a plus but waited 15 minutes for our waitress to come ask us what we wanted to drink she sat behind the bar talking with her friends and doing her hair by this time I'd had enough we stood up and looked her straight in her face across the bar and said thank you but no thank you we will be leaving 10 minutes to get a drink order in a place that is virtually empty it's just sad. The quality of the food has gone down anyway so I can definitely give my two from the previous review to a definite negative 2
8/7/23 —The server Selina and cook Bryan did an exceptional job handling our large to-go order of 21 breakfast Grand Slams. The service was prompt and efficient, and the food was delicious, perfectly cooked, and packed with care. Highly impressed!
Whether dine in or take out, this Denny's location has cranked out consistently amazing good! When dining in, the service is always great as well! Staff are friendly, knowledgeable about the menu, and on top of their tables' needs!
