The past few months have been awful at this location. The employees seem miserable, the food has been terrible. This morning at 11am, I was the one of two people in line. The person in front of me waited so long they shut their engine off, and after they left I understood why. I waited 25 minutes for one meal. The quesadilla I ordered was covered in burned bits of whatever was left on their evidently dirty grill. The fries I got were inedibly salty. This place needs new management. One star.
There’s no choice like negative stars! Yeah it is Taco Tuesday, but! They didn’t give us our full order, took 15 minutes for us to get the missing food and it was cold, everything was COLD, SMALL and just Nasty! And the crew was trash talking each other! Loud, yelling calling each other slow! I had forgotten why we go to Taco Bell! Now I remember!
This location is very strange. It is tucked near historic Yucaipa. The parking lot has room for traffic. However, the drive-thru is quite narrow. Perhaps a refresh of color and add some greenery. The staff wasn't interactive as I was picking up an order placed online. The inside was clean.
This Del Taco is awesome. Employees are totally sweet and food is delicious There is a lot of different food items to choose from and they are all delicious. They also have some pretty good deals on food and if you download the app you can save even more A+
This del taco took forever to make my food & it came out nasty and old. I will never eat here again. What a waste of time and money. Please don't eat here
Couldn't tell you about the food, because they wouldn't take my order inside. I was the only person inside btw. Waited several minutes while the cashier took 4 drive thru orders, another employee said "we'll be right with you" and then went on break. Cashier took 2 more drive thru orders before I decided to leave. Looks like something has been going on at this location in the last few months, according to reviews. Most people don't look that miserable at work unless there's a reason. I hope the owner notices and makes some changes. Not a single person behind the counter looked less than miserable.
I just came through and got a bold bean and cheese burrito with red sauce and they made the best one I've had so far. Good job. Would highly recommend.
Melissa was an angel. She was so kind and friendly and her customer service was amazing! It was my first time in this city and it was great to feel so welcomed by the staff :) Also, they have Cherry Coke! :)
