Never ever open at 9am and can't get the orders right. It seems the worker's come in when they feel like it. I spend $16. and the orders wrong. No one in my family eats there anymore. My husband will ask me to go every once in awhile, but I always have to wait until after 10am. Why doesn't anyone fix the problems here, you'd have a lot more business.

DISAPPOINTED AGAIN! No matter what time of day or who is working my order is never correct. And today was no exception. The value tacos were so dang pathetic! No lettuce even. They didn't make the right burgers and we sat in the drive-thru for 15 minutes to get the order and there were at least 5 employees there. Step up your game DEL TACO!

If you're that short staffed close the business for tge day. Don't disrespect customers and be snotty with them. I beleive this place has ONLY 1 good employee! Wished i knew her name all i do know is she works weekweds and loves music. The rest of the employees should just get fired.

Pm manager very rude and argumentative. Drive thru menu shows combo burritos 2 for $6. When I ordered the manager argued saying no they are $7. Mind you it's only a dollar difference but to how many people in a day every day? It's plain out false advertisement. I was afraid she was going to do something to my food. She NEEDS to be fired!!!😡

I left before ordering food. When I came in I waited for 5 minutes nobody served me or even acknowledge that I was there. This is basic stuff they shouldn't be getting this kind of stuff wrong.

They have made recent changes to the menu which is made the place much less desirable than it used to be. It used to be the best fast food Mexican restaurant in the country. That is not true anymore. The food has changed, portions are much smaller, and The taste is not as sabroso.

Never again. We are a retired couple on a fixed income so even just getting a burger once in a while is a treat for us these days. I love Del Taco's food but the one in Red Bluff has ruined too many of our lunches :(( We always use the drive-thru. When the fries are fresh they are great. When I ask for well done fries they say ok but never do it. Too many times they have been cold and limp. Then they hide the cold fries on the bottom of the carne asada fries. We're on to your dirty tricks. Today's specific problems: they were out of coke zero and when we got to the window they said no diet coke either. No other diet sodas. I said ok, no drinks but the woman said they'd already charged us, shrugged and walked away so we had to accept regular coke :( The packs of sauce were sticky with sauce on the outside. No fork. Carne asada fries were cold and horrible. And SWISS cheese on the Double Del burger? What a disaster. Seriously, shame on you.

This Del Taco is better than the one in Redding. Better location and the food is better prepared. The service was fast and the restaurant was nice and clean...
