You know it’s unfortunate when you go to a place and spend your hard earned money to purchase food for your family and get mistreated. I drove through the drive thru to place an order. The worker was so rude. The man in the picture said her name was Joana and his Gabriel. He also told me he was the manager. Well Joanna was very rude, rushing me, sighing as I placed my order as though I was inconveniencing her. I asked for her name at the window and the other manager told me she didn’t know her name. That was that… made it home just to not have all of my order and had to drive back. This was probably a case of “NO BLACKS ALLOWED;” At least that’s how it made my family (who was also in the car) and I feel. Some stuff is ridiculous and that entire staff needs to be retrained and taught morals and character. Del Taco on Enchanted Way in Simi Valley is disgraceful, WHO laughs at a customer who just made a complaint. That’s demeaning and I’m not going to stop here I’m going to share this reverie to every Del Taco from here to Los Angeles. That was so disrespectful.

This is an average Del Taco, food was good they had fresh veggies, the reason for the 2 stars because as soon as you walk in.... the whole place smelt like dirty mop water..... pretty easy fix though. (Bleach) We tried the new carna asada and queso torta, the new crispy chicken and guacamole torta and the new strawberry pinata shake.bThe shake was good had a nice big straw which was needed because of the chocolate pieces were nice and chunky. The crispy chicken Torta was my favorite of the two we tried.
The foods, staff members and ambience at this location was great but my only concern is the restaurant need to pay more attention to the public bathroom and do some thing about the multiple gang related graffiti that's all over the walls and trash can. Not a good sight. I give this location ⭐⭐⭐ out of ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐.
The most disgusting place I’ve ever been too my shrimps where not freshly made someone should shut down this restaurant this shrimp probably been sitting all day disgusting I hope they lose business after this no one should be eating this
Standard Del Taco fare, which I enjoy. But the lunch crowd clearly overwhelmed the apparently limited staff. The restaurant itself was in desperate need of cleaning...floors, tables, and bathroom, which detracted from staff efforts at quick and friendly service.
The person who took my order was very friendly. It just took over 6 minutes to get my order, I was asked to pull up and wait for the order, I expected the fries to be hot but they were just warm. Other than having to wait too long for the order, I as happy with my trip here.
Not a bad dinner at Del Taco. Long Lines both in store and the drive through means their doing something good. Got a $6 box meal as well as #9. Both of which were tasty! Their tacos smoke those of Taco Bells', however their bean burrito lacks the delicious consistency and taste of that of their rival. I see so many complaints about the wait to get their food, but quality takes time. You do know they Hand Grate their cheese with Pride, right? In addition, their pico de gallo is sliced, grated and chopped in house daily! So give them a break. If you need speed, check out another fast food joint. If you want Quality, then get in line and keep your rude comments to yourself.
