I had the taco Tuesday deal and literally had tacos with either no lettuce or cheese in them. The shells were stale and broken. The only consistency was that all of them had a tablespoon of beef. Ended up with a horrible stomach ache. I am a Del rewards app user and asked the manager if my earned points would expire at the end of the year. She told me "Yes". I did my own research and found out they don't unless you leave the account inactive for 6 months. Wow, what's up with managers not knowing how things work where you're the boss? Rewards program is a scam. I've reached the highest tier/ level and have received squat. They advertise food items for reaching the top level, like an Epic Burrito. I have never received one in the 3 years I've been in the program. UPDATE: Since the tacos suck, I decided to try the breakfast burritos. Here is what you get with an egg & cheese $4.19 burrito. Very skimpy. It looks as though the eggs are from a box and grill scrapings are just added for seasoning. Notice the darkness in the eggs? That's from the grill they cook them on. Also, they're very greasy. Enough to give you a stomach ache. Well, we now know that the tacos AND breakfast burritos are both worthy of stomach aches. Consistency. Try a local Mexican restaurant that serves breakfast burritos. They are not only cheaper, but are larger, fresher and have no grill color added. I will reluctantly use up my points and uninstall this app. C'mon Man.
It was my first time here! I only saw two crew members, but the Drive Thru lady was so sweet! Best Customer Service I've ever has with a night crew. Even the cook waved at me and smiled. I can tell they were in good spirits It's nice to know my money was well spent, and I felt appreciated Food was a solid 8! I will come back. I'm glad they closed at 3am.
I went yesterday and the employees were smoking out the side door next to the drive thru. When I went on line a few ran back in and took my order. I got to the window and told him I’m sorry for ruining your smoke break. He said nothing just spoke Spanish to another guy (stockier young guy). Then another guy came to give me my food and shoved it to me. Said nothing not thank you nothing. He looked angry. (Older shorter guy). All I kept thinking on my way home was wondering how the food was going to be. It was delicious. Chicken tacos had maybe a couple of pieces of chicken only - but steak tacos were great and generous. Maybe two different people making them. I did notice a review from not long ago where they grabbed and shoved food and I’m thinking I bet it’s the same guy. I hate these because Del Taco will leave a comment that’s generic for all the reviews and do nothing.

Del Taco does a pretty darn good job and those folks work very hard it was very busy seems to be extremely popular takes a little bit of time to get through but it's worth it they sure fill up the tacos with everything you like price is good too. Big thanks to those extremely hard working people that made that stuff really good.
Legitimately the only place to get a value meal anymore! The burritos are weighty and they keep adding more fantastic menu items. Plus they're open at odd hours!
This is the first time I’ve EVER written a bad review for anywhere, I don’t like to do that kind of stuff, but this experience was awful. I went through the drive thru and ordered 2 soft tacos, when the guy at the window handed me my order I noticed that they were hard tacos. No big deal, people make mistakes. I said ‘I’m so sorry but I ordered soft tacos’ and tried to hand the bag back to him. He just glared at me for a few seconds like he was waiting for me to just take the incorrect order. After a few moments he snatched the bag from my hand and then threw it really hard on the ground. The remade ones had nothing on them but lettuce. When he gave them to me I apologized again and said thank you so much, but he just shut the window and turned around without saying anything else. None of it was that big of a deal except for the way he grabbed the bag from me and then to throw it on the ground was so unnecessarily aggressive. I was much nicer about it then I should’ve been, I never got short with him and apologized several times (even though it wasn’t my fault) even AFTER he threw the bag, and he was still sooooo rude. I was honestly taken aback
The drive through overloaded a week ago and no staffing to handle it. Please shorten hours I'd rather not show up and can't eat. Got stuck in their drive through for a good 15mins and it still was not moving
Fast, quick, & accurate service. This deltaco is the best. Always producing hot fresh food late into the night.
