worker with red hair and nose piercing looks about in her teens in the drive thru is very rude to customers my grandpa who doesn’t speak English well was a little slow she rolled her eyes and snickered with her friends worker needs to fix attitude or find a better job! no way to handle costumers like that she has had a attitude multiple occasions ! And didn’t even get the order right. Not to mention the bathroom is disgusting n location is horrible.

I'm at the Del in La Quinta! They do get a lot of things right here,but they struggle in a few areas. Number 1 is today! I ordered a Double Del Combo meal #16. That comes with cheese, except they are out of cheese. This is the dryest burger I have ever had and with no cheese will almost go into the trash but I need to eat...very disappointing. Your bathroom situation is and always has been a problem. There are times when it is not open and it is the outside type which means your employees leave their post and have to meet me outside very difficult and in today's world, this place is living in the 50.s. the burger was thrown out!:no way I can eat this!!! They do have the music on and that is something I can't say about your other locations Jerry! The only 2 Del's that have music consistently on is Palm Desert by Deep Canyon and this location The Dillon location had turned theirs off and same with Washington and 111. The employees seem to be able to do what they want with music and that is not play it. So my experience today is very poor and unacceptable!! I was not told they were out of cheese and when I got the burger the patties were dry and were thrown away. Fix it Jerry

I love del taco, but this location made me reconsider my fandom. I waited for 50 minutes for my food inside while they ignored my order and cleared out the drive through instead. Very understaffed, I felt horrible for the workers. Food was undercooked and inedible.

Even though it was busy during lunch hour I wanted to say my experience was good and wanted to say Maria was very professional even though a customer was being snappy at her and to the staff great job 👏 food was good….

Asked for 3 bold burritos and got 3 red burrito’s with out the bold after I stated to drive thru worker after I repeated myself twice and still go the 3 non bold burritos

Filthy dinning room. Ordered and payed and cashier walked away didn’t hang me recipe and the chubby girl in the back wrapping tacos gives me an attitude to just grab the recipe.

Trash service ! “I mean I know it fast food” but damn order was completely wrong…….

If I can give it 0 stars I would. Seriously the worst del taco I’ve ever visited I live down the street and I’ll rather drive somewhere else. Workers are rude. They take forever in the drive through. Up to 30-40 minutes at times. My husband happen to make the mistake of going in the night after work and the guy straight out told him he was not taking orders because he didn’t have a cook or work the register. How is that even possible. The owners need to go in and take control of this situation.
