Breakfast Menu "Del Taco" Fair Oaks

Normally I look at the reviews but hey it's fast food right and I've been to other Del Tacos and haven't had a problem came in here and wanted to get the grilled chicken burrito and the add says you get 50% more meat. They have the ad right by the register too it says our grilled burritos now have 50% more chicken that's a lie . Well......I guess that's not the case, not at this joint. The burrito is like one of those grillers. There was more tortilla than ingredients lacking chicken, lacking lettuce lacking, just lacking. The flavor was goo, but come on, you advertise 50% more chicken, and then you give me a taquito and call it a burrito. It's not cool, so I will not repeat.

Portions are way under here. I ordered several chicken tacos, and there were tiny pieces in each. Shameful waste of money. It deserves a one star, but I gave 2 on food only because the flavor of the chicken was good. This was my second time, and I was very disappointed both times. Management needs to stop having the employees short the customers of food they purchased.

The employees were good but whoever made the tacos gave us more shell than what's in the taco. When I spend more than $40 dollars for my family I would like more food than the taco shell. My son ordered extra chipotle sauce and we paid extra for it and he said he didn't get it in his chicken chipotle rollers. The workers good attitude but how most the food was made didn't come out too well. Large fries was okay our shakes good but tacos for Thursday not enough meat in our tacos and no extra chipotle sauce. Other than that it was good. Better workers than last time I was there.

Christian at del Taco during the graveyard shift was very professional and courteous and ensured that my trip to this location was absolutely fabulous! It is customer service skills such as this and great people such as Christian that really make a business standout and maintain repeat customers!

Normally no problem, but the other night it was 100am and my buddy wanted a burger no go. Then he ordered a meal fish tacos and 🍟. 🍟 Was only half filled and fish 🌮 burnt. We discovered about a couple miles away. So went back. Told the worker what we discovered. Now he said fries where in a large container my buddy said he ordered large . We asked for his money back, worker remade food . Then said we want money back and was given it back.

I can't tell you how disappointed I am that Del Taco stopped serving Beyond beef. Now, there's nothing to eat here except fries...

Please staff more workers- it seemed like there was only 1 girl working during lunch time going back and forth between orders inside and orders in the drive thru. We waited 30 minutes in the drive thru to get home with half the order missing. Workers and customers deserve better.

1242 monday 14th of August. This drive thru is soooo long i literally have been here for 20 min. Not sure what is going on but this is ridiculous, people only have 30 min for lunch. I wont be coming back for my lunch break .... oh plus out of sprite and med cups ... thank you
