Waited in line around 10:00 pm for about 5 minutes with a few other customers. The middle age lady’s in back wouldn’t come to the counter and take any orders. We continued to wait until one came halfway up front and proceeded to tell us they will not take any orders for anyone wanting to eat inside and would only do to go orders. Left us standing there confused and then walked back behind the wall speaking with her co workers. I waited a few more minutes and left without getting an order placed. The employees did a great job at acting as if the customers were a huge inconvenience for them. I’d hate to go back and interrupt their socializing time…
I am always a fan of Del Taco. This location was no different. The food was good and fresh. I recommend the Del Taco over the Value Taco. It costs more, but it is well worth it. I always recommend Del Taco over the other fast food taco restaurants. One complaint I would have about this location however, would be the bathrooms. While they are large bathrooms, they were really not very clean.
My last three visits have all been equally bad. My only customization is no lettuce on my items. Not only has there been lettuce on them when I get home the last three times, all of the tortilla shells have felt and tasted stale.
The people make it worth visiting. I'm a big fan of the burritos, because I grew up behind the first one in Barstow CA, but it seems to be different from when I was younger. Maybe I just remember it different.
Forgot to check the bag immediately upon receiving through drive-thru had to run back through the drive-thru to pick up some forgotten food
Asked and PAID for extra of everything and got less of everything and hardly any fries were in there. Tried calling to no success. Great service but clearly lacking in the actual execution if I can't even get the normal portions when I ordered extra... also I have tried to call many times with no one answering my calls so obviously they get a lot of complaints to just ignore the phone and not care how they screw people over by taking their money and not fixing issues when they mess up.
I stopped here on my way home from work for a burrito they gave me the wrong burrito and I didn't notice until I got home, I tried calling and the phone rang until they hung up on me. I tried calling again and it won't even ring through anymore. I just want a refund.
I would give 1 million stars if I could , Shawn on night shift you are so amazing and great your so friendly and sweet you always make our night thank you for that! I hope that Shawn can receive a raise before he moves location's which I'm sad to see but proud he deserves nothing but the best recognition he is amazing I'm proud to be served by him any day thank you shawn we love you thank you for everything ♥️
