I drive by this place early morning and every single time it is completely dark, but I can see some kitchen lights on and there are cars in the parking lot. Clearly they don't want business because it's all dark. I don't want to use my money at this establishment since they don't want to be making food and I don't think it would come out good. In fact, when I Do get food from here the food is almost always cold and doesn't taste good.
I never write reviews, I’m never one to complain. I work in food I understand it gets busy I understand sometimes food won’t be perfect . I usually am really happy going here , I’m still going to come here but like come on lmao. Im pretty sure people know what a burnt tortilla taste like and it’s not good you know and the quesadilla was burnt and the burrito was thrown in the paper literally and smooshed haha. I respect everyone, like get your bread I know everyone is tired but please just take an extra second to make it better . I know that seems like it’s asking a lot, but it will really help. I don’t know. The lady working the drive thru tho at night at like 11 she needs raise fr fr I always see her there she is super nice and stuff everytime I come I was just a little disappointed. But mistakes happen I understand that as well.
This has to be the slowest Del Taco in the Inland Empire. They really need to increase their customer service skills and train the employees. It's been about 1 yr since I've visited this location due to the slow service they provide, and they can never seem to make it better. Well, to my surprise, after todays visit, it's still exactly the same or worse. When you order at the drive-thru window, they take a while to acknowledge that you're even there. After you order, you pay, and then they have you park in front of the restaurant. I don't know why when it's only 3 chicken soft tacos and some fries that I ordered. Make us and a few other cars wait for about 30 minutes. The girls come out looking confused, wondering who is waiting for what order. When they do give you the order, they are still missing something. It's just ridiculous on how bad service has gotten in general. Customer service is no longer there 😕. If there was a NO STAR rating, this would be the place to receive it.
I am BEYOND DISAPPOINTED with this place!!! Are you serious?!? NO PRIDE!! I ordered the stuffed chicken quesadilla thing and fries. The taco quesadilla was a freaking mess I mean they obviously just threw it in there!!! And the fries were nasty barely cooked at all. I work too and I was pressed for time otherwise I would have gone back. NEVER AGAIN because this leaves a bad taste for me!!!
It's a Del taco how much are you expecting? The service has been good most the time, i seem to always get what I order so I can't complain. They are pretty stingy with the sauce from what I've experienced.
One of my employees lost his phone at the restaurant and the Managers Celina and Gabby went above and beyond to help us look for it. Sadly we didn't find it, but what absolutely great customer service as well as such a kind human thing to do especially during lunch time. Thank you all so much!
We went there for there Thursday night soft chicken tacos special. Part of the reason for our visit was because we were short on time. And didn't have time to cook at home. The service was EXTREMELY slow. First at the speaker box. And we had to pull around the corner and wait for our tacos. We half finished our drink and completely finished our french fries. Before the tacos were brought out to us. It took so long for the tacos. That I was on my way in to ask about our tacos, when the lady was coming out with them. IF you know it's it's going to be a busy day. You need to make sure that you are properly staffed for what's coming.
I'd give 5 stars but the guy left me waiting forever to order with only 1 car in front of me and I could barely hear him on the speaker. But they make the tacos FAT here and my fries were fresh. Thank you for that I was working late and needed the bomb quesadilla taco fix. Dank!
