The customer service is disgusting,they have no manners ,trying to argue with me which isn't the values of deltaco. Drinks are first it's 106 degrees and this woman had me pull into the front to wait for my drinks, only person I came in contact with that didn't give attitude was( xad.) A young lady which was nice. I forgot her name but at 11am on Aug the 2 2023.
Took three times to get my order right, a water and a double del with no bun, no onions, extra cheese, and bacon.
Updated 9-19-23: went for dinner. Thought it's still good it was a bit less than before. The beans were a bit runny in the burrito but my Del Tacos were good. A bit skimpy on the Strawberries in the Strawberry lemonade. I'd still go there over other locations in the valley. Original post: Cathedral City is one of the Best Del Tacos. Well made and not skimpy on the fillings. Been going here since the 90's!
Had the opportunity to eat at the Del in Cat City. This location has cleaned up it's act. A new manger came aboard about a year ago and she keeps a clean and efficient shop. As always, food was hot and the fries were delicious. No music though! Soda area was clean and easy to use. Only drag are the restrooms which are outside. This is an inconvenience for everyone. Disrupting an employee to open a door for you is third century and sometimes they are not even available.
Always good. Same 2 ladies seem to be working there when I go to pick up our tacos. They are clean, friendly and consistent. Can't beat price for some quick generously loaded tacos.
Del Taco...reliable fast food. Our order was mistaken but easily corrected. No lost sleep but deducted star for service. Status quo for fast food. Very pleased as they got our order out within a minute of paying.
My chicken soft tacos w extra secret sauce tasted so good. Fries were crispy and plentiful and hot. The staff at del taco were friendly and informative. I really like this place.
This is always been the best del Taco in the Coachella valley the Ladys that work here are all very nice and polite and make good food
