Breakfast Menu "Del Taco" Avondale

The lady was rushing us to take our food, be mindful, I just got out of surgery, can't move very fast. I ordered the 3 layer queso nachos, and where's the queso? It said nothing about beans! & All I got was dry chips and beans.

So I just ordered the deluxe CHILI cheddar fries through Uber eats and they sent me fries with cheese and loads of sour cream! No chili at all. I’ve called 10 times and no answer. It may not be big to anyone else but I am pregnant and HIGHLY irritated. Won’t be returning at all! After speaking to Ismeal in management he apologized to me and told me to return to this location and give his name and my name and they will remake my order. My husband went to pick it up today and noone knew what I was talking about and stayed there is no Ismeal in management. It is okay they called themselves trying to fix the problem but this location will never receive any business from me again. Nasty customer service and sloppy work!

Went in this morning to use my app and claim a deal. Lady behind the counter seemed incredibly annoyed that she had to take a customers order. She ignores us and comes up after a minute to take my order. I give her my order and tell her I’ll be using the app. She then says that it won’t work because she already submitted the order and that I had to scan before I ordered. I tell her to just restart it and she angrily starts tapping at the screen to delete my order and put it back in the system. I pay and wait for a bit. When my order finally comes out she throws it on the counter and doesn’t even say thank you. This employee was a manager who was working the morning of 9/14/23. She has no customer service skills and seems like she hates her job. It was incredibly rude and unprofessional behavior to display in front of anyone and gives this restaurant chain a horrible image.

My son got food poisoning from this place tonight. My car is in the shop so I ordered delivery thinking it would be quick and relatively affordable. It took an hr to receive and it was overpriced. My son only had a strawberry milkshake. He couldn't eat the fries because there was hair in them. Our order was incomplete and thank goodness because who knows what else was contaminated. I will be reporting this to the department of health, they need to check this place out. I won't be returning, this place is disgusting!

NASTY, DIRTY. Place is Filthy. FILTHY!!! Went to use the bathroom and couldn't even walk in there. There was fecal matter all over the toilet. Clearly this manager needs to get a grip on the crew and store. 🤮🤢😡 Seats Backs are Black from filth. Had to wash the place where I wanted to sit. [All << tables were dirty. Employee only washed the table where I wanted to sit. Food all over the floor (10am). Several guests were complaining of the same thing. Never going back. If the dining area is this bad, How bad is where they prep & make food! My husband & are are sick after eating! UPDATE-DEL TACO GAVE ME A DOLLAR OFF COUPON 😬🙄

We have gone to this location 3 times over the course of a month and a half at different times of the day, and this time was officially the last. We will give the Pebblecreek location a try, otherwise we’ll be done with Del Taco and will have to settle for Taco Bell. The first time, they forgot our fries. The second time, our plain cheeseburger was not plain. This final time, the plain cheeseburger was not plain, which they did correct because we did not drive off this time. When I got home however, my burrito had pico de gallo right smack in the middle even though I asked for none. Currently eating noodles. The fries were good!

Pulled into the drive through. Placed the order with the attendant. She appeared to be nice while placing the order. When we got to the window to pay and pickup the food it was a different story. Very cold and dismissive. We said thank you after receiving the food and she just starred at us. No response no smile No nothing.

Alana? Is amazing! The one with red hair! Giver her a raise! She’s a sweetheart. Her interactions make the food taste better ☺️
