What an amazing vegan restaurant! First time eating here. We were able to find a spot outside by the water and enjoy the cool breeze. Our server, Patricia, was warm and helpful. We ordered the curry "tuna" sandwich and the pear and "gorgonzola" salad. For dessert their tres leches cake. Everything was super fresh, flavorful and delicious. The price was really good! We paid $56 for the food plus sparkling water, iced tea and coffee. We will go at night to try their full menu which looks great. Don't miss it!!!

I've been a fan of Darbster since it first opened in 2009, and I recently returned after being away for several years. The restaurant's charm and quality have only improved over time. My girlfriend and I love sitting on the outdoor patio, which offers a lovely view of the water. Although it's harder to see at night, the ambiance is still wonderful. I do wish they'd plant more fruit trees to enhance the experience further. The service we received from our server, April, on our past couple of visits has been exceptional. She brings a fantastic attitude and provides top-notch service, a testament to her years of experience. It's clear she's mastered her craft. What makes Darbster even more special is their commitment to an animal rescue foundation. Proceeds from the restaurant support this noble cause, making every meal even more satisfying. On my girlfriend's birthday during our recent visit, the limited service staff went above and beyond. Upon request, they brought out a surprise ice cream sundae with a candle, adding a delightful touch to the celebration. The menu caters to both vegans and non-vegans alike, and the quality of the food won't disappoint. Most dishes offer generous portions, especially the entrees. While appetizers are an exception, I must say the sweet potato fries stand out. Do note that sandwiches are standalone items, with sides available for an additional cost. Whether you're a vegan or not, I highly recommend a visit to Darbster. The combination of delectable food, a charitable cause, and a warm atmosphere makes it a must-visit spot. Your taste buds and your heart will thank you!

Went here for a vegan friend’s birthday brunch, was excited to try the vegan version of popular brunch foods. The sweet potato fries were good as well as it’s sauce. I was very disappointed by the tempeh bacon, it was soft and chewy, flavor was interesting, nothing close to actual bacon. I had the breakfast burrito that came with tofu eggs, it was as ok. The fries it came with were yummy. My friend had the pancakes which she really liked. The chocolate cake was absolutely delicious. Atmosphere is nice outside seating, would be good if there were fans for the hot summer days. Overall we had an awesome delicious brunch.

For Lent, my bf & I go vegan. I found Darbster and we are in love with this restaurant!! We go back even when it's not Lent. We haven't had a "bad" meal yet. Their weekly specials are always on point. If you've not tried vegan food or have a negative thought about it, I challenge you to give Darbster a try and you'll change your tune.

We are so upset. We eat here often and were just here on Sunday. I had just gotten off work at 9:00 and we rushed up to Darbster to enjoy some nachos. Online it says the restaurant closes at 10:00. I am in the industry and if a place closes at 10:00 then that means 10:00 and usually the kitchen closes 10 minutes before. We walked in and were told the kitchen was closed but we could order take out. We ordered nachos. Now the menu says black beans, lettuce, onion, etc. The black beans are the best part. When we get home and open them up, this is what we get. So not only were we told we could not eat there, far before they were closed. We arrived at 9:34. We then weren’t given all of the ingredients.

Amazing service, Andrew was very professional and helpful. Very delicious food! I definitely recommend this one! Didn’t take a pic of appetizers, disappeared to quickly 🤤🤤

Darbster in palm beach is a gem. The food is exceptional — it’s fresh, organic, innovative, and has ever-changing specials. There’s something for everyone too. You can eat light and healthy or enjoy a delish comfort meal. The most outstanding dishes on the menu are the mushroom app, Caesar, pear and Gorgonzola salad, lasagna, ny pasta, lasagna, or any of the burgers. If you get the un-burger, try it on the rye bread. Every dessert is too good. The cheesecake, brownie, and cakes make my mouth water just thinking of them. The patio under the twinkley lights is adorable, and there’s no better server at any restaurant than Andrew. He’ll remember you, your order, and how you like things. Brunch is decadent and delish too. Benedict, sweet potato fries, and burrito are so good. 5/5 stars for darbster!

Outstanding dining experience. To be able to order anything on the menu without worrying if it is plant-base is a luxury for the environmentally conscious. Plus, it's clean and warm & inviting. Overly knowledgeable staff that are friendly and on it.
