Our first time to visit this location. We love DQ Dairy Queen and remember when they sold the ice cream bars, sandwiches from the lowboy freezers. This DQ is a cool design from the ice cream spoons door handles to the flame DQ logo outside lights by the front door. The interior pendant lights are classy and modern. The early evening employees were friendly and helpful. Took our $32 order but when our number was call our order was incomplete. In fact our dude meal was giving to another person and our 2 chicken strips were overcooked. The front counter employee took care of the mistake of the Dude meal and the manager on duty apologized for the overcooked chicken and brought out a basket of fresh chicken strips. My 8 year old grandson doesn't remember eating at DQ in the torn down Azle location. So he love the presentation of the Blizzard. We will definitely return to this location.
When we walked in mrs hilda greeted us . And she took on a conversation with my 5yr old son and took his order and then mine. We felt like home. She then delivered our order … I’ll be back if Mrs hildas the one who takes our order … you best believe that
OMFGGGG! There’s no words for the mocha moo-latta!!!! Legit the BEST blended coffe drink I think I’ve EVER HAD!!!!! And I’ve had a lot of Amazing frappes in my life!!! And the price makes it even more delicious!!! The employees are also really kewl, and the inside is always quiet and cozy everytime I go… and there’s a really nice outside area if you just wanna sit and chill
There's a lot of negative feedback and while there's room for improvement, come check it out for yourself. There's some great people working there and they seem to be getting better everyday. Ice cream makes everything better. Better yet, ice cream cake makes everything better(er).
This has to be the slowest dairy Queen in history. A minimum of 25 minutes to order something in the drive thru. For the record I got one meal and a small vanilla cone.
Wendy thank you for letting us in while you were shorthanded, you made my granddaughters day when you added the sprinkles to her ice cream. And with my 85 year old father inlaw he was happy as well. As a gm in the industry it's people like you that make it remembering that there are people that still get why we do this...thank you so much John Deweese
The slowest DQ around! Go to get a blizzard one blizzard…the guy in front of me cards of obviously getting declined. Instead of having him pull to the front or go in the have him sit there. Waited well over 20 minutes before I got to the window then another 2 mins and no one comes to the window. You see them standing there trying to figure out how to handle the guy whose card declined. I leave as does the guy behind me. Never fails at this location that it takes forever, highly disappointed.
Wonderful people, great service. Greeted every person who came through the door. Food was so delicious and the ice cream was great!
