This place is literally amazing! It was so good I didn't even have time to snap a picture! Their Cuban breakfast sandwich with Lechon and grilled onions, made fresh by the way, was incredible! Grab a cafe con Leches and your day is set! Don't forgot lunch too... You can't go wrong! Check them out!

Great Cuban food... Old clothes!!! It is food in Cuba... Update.. still great here, Viva Zapata and Cubano Bros are the best in Elk Grove.

Don't pass this little gem up. We dined inside. Ordered the El Cubano sandwich, tostones, and a Cuban coffee. I took one bite of my sandwich, and the cheese followed. It was so tasty and just made right. The tostones were crispy and had a perfect pinch of salt. My coffee was perfect for the rainy day we were having . Made me feel warm and happy inside. Will return

Usually have great experiences here but lately not so much. Got a large take out order for my family. When I got home I realized they gave me 2 wrong items and I was wrongfully charged as well. Usually I do not mind with hiccups such as these, but the price from what I ordered vs. what I received was too significant for me to ignore. I called the next day and spoke to a woman. I politely asked if I could get a refund or at least some kind of voucher. The woman said she would tell her boss and I could expect a call back. Never received any other contact from the organization and I was still wrongfully charged. Unfortunately my family and I most likely will not return. Food is mediocre but the customer service is sub-par.

Awesome tasting food. Very small but charming dining area. Great place to grab a delicious lunch. If you're in a hurry, dishes containing chicken take the longest to cook, everything else comes out pretty quick.

I finally got the chance to give it a try, and I was disappointed. If you are claiming to be an authentic Cuban restaurant, how are you serving minute rice? I am Cuban, and you know we all about that rice. Made in the caldero on your stove from fresh. There is no denying the difference in taste from some homemade rice to the minute rice. I ordered the lechon bowl and took my first bite of rice and black beans. I was shocked to say the least. Now I give them props, the maduros and Lechon were really good, but without that authentic rice, I can’t say I’ll be back for a bowl. Maybe I will give the Cuban sandwich a try.

I drive truck and happened to be loading just around the corner from Cubano Bros. I am typically relegated to the norms of truck stop food ( and clientele....lol). It was such a treat to have authentic Cuban food. I had the Lechon Asado (pork sandwich) which was excellent! So good in fact that I got a chicken sandwich to go! The service was friendly and helpful and the atmosphere/music (I assume was Cuban cafe music) just made me happy on a rainy day. If I am even close to this area again I will be returning!

Best Cuban sanguich you will find in Chicago. Outstanding!
