Very creamy and absolutely delightful! So many choices-I took my daughter & 2 grandkids & my dad so he could pay! 3 of us got rolled ice cream & 2 got cups. (1 of the photos I took after partially eaten because it looked so good I almost forgot to take pic) The ice cream was delicious. We could have split the rolled ice cream because they are HUGE! For the rolled ice cream, choose a base (they do have a lactose-free option) and then you choose a recipe of which there are many, then 2 toppings. They also have milkshakes, sundaes and scoops with cones or in cups. We stayed for 2 hours while we sat around and ate, shared and talked. It was a great place to sit & visit while eating! I didn’t think to ask the girl’s name that was working - she may be owner, not sure but she was over the top nice, patient & helpful; very sweet like the ice cream!

The place is spacious. They have many flavor to choose. The cone were new so, it's very crispy. I ordered pistachios and vanilla. Pistachios is pretty good. Recomended.

After shopping at Sam's had to stop in for a delicious ice cream cone. So many different flavors to choose from. 😋 they also do what is called rolled ice cream. Takes extra time to make, but so worth it. You get to watch them make it. Our favorite ice cream go to place in Pelham AL.

I had an issue initially but the owner and manager were very pleasant and more than happy to correct the issue! I’m very pleased with the kindness and service. Ice cream was very good 2nd time around!

Cream & Cones is just about like all other ice cream/yogurt shops. The difference in this one is it’s just about the only rolled ice cream shop left in the Birmingham area. We find them, we try them, and then they close 😢. Anyhow, the rolled ice cream at Cream & Cones is super super expensive! For the same portion that would cost $5 or $6 elsewhere, is $8 at Cream & Cones. The mix ins seemed a tad off as well. They all seemed to follow a fruity theme. I tend to gravitate toward items such as Cinnamon Toast Crunch, Fruit Pebbles, and Oreos. They did have Oreos but not the other two. I like condensed milk as a topping but you can’t get it’s here either. It was a decent shop to enjoy some rolled ice cream but make sure you bring a pocket full of money!!!!!

Excited to try the rolled ice cream I went there 30 minutes prior to closing and machine was closed down for the night. Had to choose from their hard ice cream product. Underwhelming. Expensive for what I got and went out of the way for. Asked for a cherry topping, and got two measly cherries, I find it comical, however they have an award on the wall from their distributors, saying how proud they are of being one of the highest sellers of their products. Wish I would’ve known before driving out of my way, thar their machines were going to be down for the night.

****First Time Visit Alert - Warning LONG detailed post! Pros - Very open & spacious. You can watch your food being prepared. - Mask, Gloves, Frequently Sanitized from station to station. - Fresh, Memorable Ice Cream (You can taste each ingredient) & Sno Cone Cons - Orders were not close to prepared correctly - Jessica was not very knowledgeable about the ingredients for the rolled ice cream. - Wait time in the restaurant well over 45 minutes - Out of a few items Experience: We waited in the car 20 minutes before sending her in because there was a crowd. I initially sent my 13 year old daughter in with our simple order text to her - no modifications. We thoroughly reviewed the menu online while we were waiting. Rolled Ice Cream: #11 Butter Pecan #16 Walking Dead Waffle Cone with medium cookies & cream ice cream. 1 strawberry/green apple sno cone 1 sausage dog - out of stock She added peanut butter to my #11, no almond butter and I had no idea until AFTER we left and I tasted it. I can’t eat peanut in dairy, it doesn’t agree with my stomach. I had to toss it. In addition my daughter said she rolled mine by hand (with gloves) which is why the two rolls look so different. She even put “create your own” on my receipt. She added bananas to the #16, no Nutella and my friend said she didn’t taste any cheesecake. Although it was NOT what she ordered, she loved it and will come back, she was visiting from Selma, Al. I had to finally come in the restaurant when hers was been made because my daughter called twice because Jessica had no clue what was the base for the rolled ice cream and it’s our first visit so of course neither did we. She kept referring to the ingredient option posted on the window in front of her on the FT calls. I saw here initially rolling with her hands and then she grabbed the tool. She shared that the owner left her there alone at 3:00 pm due to an emergency and also only left 1 tub of ice which was gone way before we arrived. She said it may be enough to make a small cup after I shared that it was technically our reason for Googling them, my daughter wanted a Sno Cone. She showed me ice with a crack through it and said she couldn’t use it. All and all, we would recommend and visit again with hopes of them earning 5⭐️’s.

Absolutely, totally perfect ice cream experience! Flavors, portions and price was spot on. They gave us free samples to help us decide on flavors. Atmosphere really cool. Our family played some of the old-school board games they keep on hand. For a moment...my kids got lost and enjoyed a sit-down snack without an electronic device! Bravo! Will DEFINITELY go back. Flavors we tried: Cookie Dough, chocolate and mint. Chocolate cone was on point.
